Please help! I am trying to get support for this, however, I can’t seem to remember my username on the support forum. I tried creating a new user but it says that the license has already been activated. How can I recover the username/e-mail? I have already tried resetting the password with every e-mail I can think of.

When will a fix be released for the layer slider not showing the styles on front end I have set in the admin side? Yes, I have submitted a support ticket but we can’t seem to get the layer slider to show styles I set in admin. This is a client’s site and he bought the theme. I am only setting it up for him, thus, the reason why you do not see “purchased” beside my user name. I need to know estimated time for a fix if you have one. Thank you

I know it seems a real pain, but we have to release it yet. We added some new features so we are still working on this to release a BIG update :)

Can we use Mailchimp as the newsletter or will we need to use the mailchimp plugin?

Hi to all, great theme… I’ve purchased it and I use it with wpml plugin… I have a little problem…on the header the cart text (elementi) don’t show in english when i switch on english version of the site…show for a moment for example “0 items” and then switch to “0 elementi”...can you help me please?

Hi, My Wordpress auto-updated to 3.9.1. I have change the config file to stop it auto-updating any more. Unfortunately I can no longer see product sub-categories. Do you know of a fix or whether there will be a Mayashop update for this? Any help would be much appreciated.

We’re currently running on Maya version 2.0. We are running into woocommerce problems and are getting some errors as well such as UIBlock for Javascript, not being able to save variables on products, etc.

I’m sure this will fix once we update to the new version of woocommerce 2.1.11, as now we are running on 2.0.10.

My question is, if we update ONLY the woocommerce plugin to the new version 2.1.11, and KEEP the Maya Shop at our current version, will anything break? Will everything still work properly? Can Maya version 2.0 support woocommerce 2.1.10?

No, i’m sorry. If you update woo commerce you have to update also Mayashop.

I suggest you to try to update woo commerce in a local/test installation so you can check yourself the result :)

I urgently need some help please, my Add to cart button missing for variable products.

I have updated my site to the latest version of WooCommerce 2.1.11 and them version 2.30 and now all my Add to cart buttons are missing. I have checked the 2 settings in the Theme Options tab under shop to display add to cart and they are on.

My clients shop is now not working, please help. Thank you

I can’t see my products…..I added categories, and I added products in each category, but when I use the drop down menu in my top navigation to see the category/products I see nothing, just Recent Comments on right hand side, and an area for me to leave a comment??

Also, all my categories and products are listed on my Home page??

It seems you need to watch our videotutorials and read the theme documentation before to start :) we explain very well how to create the menu, how to use the shortcodes and so on.

is the theme OK with woo commerce 2.1.11 as they have updated it a bit we are still on 2.1.7 due to a COD issue when we updated to 2.1.8 woo

also when you update are you adding hooks for http://wordpress.org/plugins/amazon-s3-and-cloudfront/
