None of my orders are being sent to my email or my contact form. Email is working fine normally. Is there any known problems with recent updates???? Any ideas? Cant find the problem and really stuck where to look next. Many thanks in advance.
We just changed our support platform. We used the support forum and now we use a ticket sistem based on Zendesk. In this way we are sure to improve the support now we have to change the links in all the documentations.

I’m sorry, this is not possible in an easy way.
How do we completely remove (not just turn off) comments on all pages.
At the moment I have this message on the bottom of my contact page:
Commenting on this page has been disabled by the blog admin.”
If it’s turned off then there is no point telling the browser it is off. Is there a way to turn this message off for all pages (not posts, I’m happy with comments on the posts & products)

In my homepage 1 (like Maya example) when I add text to the right of the mini layer slider like step 5 here:
1.Go to Appearance > Theme Options
2.Open the “Sliders” tab
3.In “Configure slider” chose the “Mini Layers” and click on the configure button
4.In “Select the slider” select the Layer Slider you created
5.Add title and text content that you want to display at the right side, near to the slider.
Nothing appears there. Is this a common issue you can help with here or should I go to open a ticket in support?

the custom logo feature does not seem to be working for me. after I upload my logo, only a question mark box shows up in it’s place.

In the elegant the transparent black section is automatic…are you sure you are using the elegant slider? can you provide me the url so i can check? thanks
I see the black panel on the slider…to see the transparent effect use images with a background color (you are using white images now)

in the po files you can’t find “line”. Try to do CTRL + F and search the words in the search field.

Hi again! I’m trying to create a gallery page but there is nothing in your documentaion about how to create a gallery or portfolio. My problem is that the photos I insert into each “Edit photo” page get squeezed and distorted into the fixed gallery boxes that show up on Gallery page. Do I need to make each photo a certain size and proportion? Is there somewhere I can just have the boxes crop my images and not distort them? Thanks!
