Does this theme also work with WooCommerce 1.6.6 ?

It appears when i add a variable product then try and edit it the size attribute i have set revert back to default. Also how do i display variations of dimensions on product page?

This theme breaks when the most recent version of WordPress updates are automatically upgraded.

When I click on the category (http://domain.com/product-category/...) this is what displays above the product images:

I purchased the theme 3 days ago and have had no success installing it on our site. I have raised a request / ticket (#994) on the yithemes website and initially had some communication but none since.

It would be great if you could have a quick look as we would really love to start working on our new site. I have left lots of details in regards to the issue and also account details for support to look at the backend.

Hello, Is it possible remove the indicative circle on the right side of the products wich show us if the product is on sale or out of stock? I suppose that it´s possible because some of sample example product hasn´t it. However I don´t know how to remove it. Thanks.

YES, I tried It, getting the link “You can find sample data and Video Tutorial in the correct Theme section”. BUT…. It gives me back that I NOT have permission (I assured too that I´m logged in)

this theme does not function as stated, support is bad and it takes days to get a response to a ticket on your site. the only answer anyone gave me was “it works now i did it right” but it does not work at all, its exactly how it was when i submitted a ticket days ago, and now they dont respond. i am embarrassed to have spoken so well of your product to my customer only to have this many problems. if my issue with your slider cant be resolved this weekend then i would like a refund and i will take my client to another theme developer

its very simple, i want slideout animations to work on sublayer 4 of “Home copy” slider

I have an issue when configuring the slider in maya theme. i have selected the Nivo Slider and added the images to the slider. Now Slider images are shown on the home page while we are logged in as an admin on the word press. but when we log off from the admin section the images won’t show.

can you please guide us what we are doing wrong.

Sure, with a graphic software like Photoshop you can reduce the image.

I’ve got a couple of pre-purchase questions: 1) I think the video showed this, but when you choose a custom header colour, does this also colour the navigation bar (and if not, can you change it from white to a different colour)? (2) Again, I believe, it was in the video, but you have the option to change the ‘ribbon’ shopping cart image (in the upper right) to whatever you want, correct? (3) Finally, is the homepage widget-driven? I’ve looked at the options in the demo, but just wondered if one has full flexibility over what appears?

1-2 Yes 3- What do you mean with “widget-driven”? The content inside the page is managed by shortcodes (products list, products sliders and so on) and you can use the widgets in the sidebars and in the footer.

Thanks for the quick reply, Sara. For 3, I was curious whether you built the homepage using widgets – a number of themes seem to be going in this direction. You answered my question, though. I’ll be buying tomorrow for sure. :)

Just to highlight to everyone that the Parallax Layer Slider in this theme is NOT WORKING right now. Appears that the plugin is outdated and therefore is not functioning properly. This really sucks BIG TIME as we are now stuck with unnecessary delay and its difficult to convey this to our clients. The support given was also very half-hearted – that we have to wait indefinitely for the next update to hopefully get a solution. Please get this resolved soonest as we were having high hopes with this theme. Its just very disappointing.

Is it just me, or did this theme just get really slow?

In my demo is not slow, and you are the only customer with this issue. Are you tried to open the site with different browsers? Maybe you have some javascripts/plugins conflicts.

I’ve tried it in several different browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome) and the page takes forever to load. I have the latest versions of WordPress and MayaShop and even when I disable every plugin, the site loads extremely slow. What do you suggest I do? Thanks. You can see the site @ johndapper.com

I can honestly say that the new system for the support has failed big time. I have been waiting for 2 days to get a reply for issues that I am having with the theme. Support has gotten really really slow. I hope that this has to do with the transition of the new system and can get resolved soon, because I cannot lose no more time that what I have to.
