How do i change the background and colours like in the demo store? There are loads of combinations in the demo but in the theme options > colours i only have a choice of 4 pre loaded backgrounds or a custom background image or block colour and the 4 pre loaded backgrounds are only available in black. I have changed the colour then clicked the preview window which it says should update it but this doesn’t work even after saving my changes.

Also is a size guide availble so we know how big the images have to be to fit into the sliders without having bits chopped off I’ve wasted loads of time cropping to get it right but not successful yet. The elegant slider you can’t ammend the height for like some others.

The other background images are in the “background” folder that you can find in the zip you downloaded from themeforest.

No, i’m sorry, with the regular license you can use the theme only in 1 domain.

Sure, you can upload any jpg/png image in the custom background uploader. I suggest you a 1920pixel width if you want the image works fine also in the high resolutions monitor :)

I’m trying to use the MORE code on my TESTIMONIALS page located at: http://mauricewatts.com/2013/?page_id=120 and it’s not working.

I click the MORE icon and it inserts the code but when I update it and then look at page it’s not breaking up the testimony.

Hello, my sliders have stopped loading for some reason. The large slider on main page just offers a black screen with the words loading. The small product sliders have disappeared even though the short code is still there. I can’t seem to see why this would suddenly happen. Any ideas?

I bought this theme yesterday and I can’t open install it. I am using the maya.zip through wordpress uploads and I keep getting, “are you sure you want to do this? Please try again,” form Wordpress.

I see that some people are having the same issue.

hi there, I am rebuilding the website from the scratch, installed the 1.8.5 and the sample demo does not import any images whatsoever. also I cannot find any new demo on the page where I am supposed to activate theme, theme already activated! but no place to find the sample demo, has anything changed with original sample demo since released. I don’t think I was ever able to do that correctly, please advice on correct procedure. it s getting very complex.

I don’t understand this message. The sample data is not changed and not include the images. In the same topic where you downloaded the sample data (the .gz file to import in the Import panel) you have to download the “uploads” folder that contains all the images we use in the demo. Then you have to upload this folder in your wp-content folder using an ftp software.

This is the only procedure you have to follow to install the demo files.

Yes, I registered at yith, activated my theme MayaShop, contacted support. Theme Home page looks great in chrome, but the top menu bar and slider are a mess in IE 7 and IE 9. In IE 8 and Firefox the home page looks nice but in blog the featured image in sidebar for most recent blogs is too big. I am writing this on this discussion forum in case someone out there has a solution that is quicker than waiting on yith emails. Thanks. www.shilohpostcards.com

I’ve about determined that support for Mayashop is a round paper file. I need to build my site not wait on emails that never come. I’m beginning to wonder even if my issue is fixed will it be worth in in the long run to try to keep using this theme. I see no re-assurances anywhere that support is able to handle the work load. It’s a beautiful theme, but there are other beautiful themes out there with actual help forums where you can get interactive help. Sorry but my patience is running thin.
