I am extremely loving your theme, but unfortunately I have been struggling ever since I got it. I think that my issues is that I am not a developer I am just a normal person that has no idea of of HTML or CSS. I can’t import the sample data for the life of me even though I’ve followed your instructions. Can someone please help me with this issue?

I don’t how many times I have uninstalled and installed this theme and I just can’t get it to work. Thank you so much again and I pray that I can have this site up and running soon. No for watermark, yes for multilanguage support if you install a plugin like WPML
Hi, I just purchased your theme. But I seem to be having trouble uploading the maya.zip file onto my WordPress self-hosted site. It uploads half-way and then stops, like its stuck in the middle of upload. Nothing happens. Please help!
Maybe you have some uploads limits on your hosting. Can you try to upload the theme using an FTP software?

Yes. This is the reason why i suggest to use the custom style textarea in theme options > general to add custom rules of the CSS, so you will not lose changes with updates
My original post was about my problem with the ‘stylesheet’ is missing error on install…BUT if I had only opened the zip file and READ THE READ ME file I would have discovered quickly that I should only install the Maya.zip as theme.

Only for the home page. The theme is really minimal, is not necessary a psd to edit the design.

Hi, now that I’ve sorted out my downloading problem. I’ve got the new theme on my WP. But because I’m also new on WP, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do the home page with the sliders like you have on your live screens.
Is there a video especially made for basic beginners like me on how to use the Mayashop theme on WP?

Two things:
1 – In the woo theme status “WC” i have this – Log directory (woo commerce/log) is not writable. Logging will not be possible, Any Idee
2 – I upgrade to version 1.8 – but i i chosse in the Shop Preference, style for product list Tradional and below or inside thumbnail, the product in the shop desepear?

Hello Sara, Congratulations for the beaytiful theme! While starting to play with it, I see a few things that do not work as I hoped: 1- I configured the shop so that pricves and “Add to cart” do not appear, and they do appear: http://nombreenjapones.org/tienda/ When I first tried it went right, and it is not working smoothly anymore. Anything to do there, or can that be caused by conflicting plugins? Woo is the only eCommerce plugin installed. 2- Products show out terrible as soon as I load a picture: http://nombreenjapones.org/producto/fernando-en-japones/ I upload the picture and it goes to wp-content/uploads/2013/01, while I see the code tries to load it then from wp-content/uploads/*Woocommerce_uploads/2013/01… I loaded it there too via FTP, and the result is still the same, and it does not find the picture file… 3- I intended to load the WooCommerce Product search widget in my home page text, and it comes in two lines: http://nombreenjapones.org/ Any tip to make it fit on one line? The space available looks more hta sufficient. 4- I am not using any top menu in the home page, and it generates two slim grey lines. Is there any way to eliminate one of these lines ? 5- Is there a shortcode for a separator between paragraphs, that would be like your slim grey lines? Other themes I used had that. Apart from this quite happy with the theme in itself, and hoping to solve these topics, specially items 1, 2, and 3. 6- Is there any way to configure if the price and the Add to cart button appear on the Woocommerce Product serach results? I have a question about the Portfolio layout “Big Image”. When I select the featured image, it automatically shows the middle section of the image from the main portfolio menu. Is there a way to choose what portion of the image is shown? I would like to adjust it when I select the featured image, if possible.
Another Portfolio question. When I select the “Filterable” layout, if I mouse over the images in the main portfolio page, it only shows the magnifying glass to view the large image, but the 3 lines icon is not shown. I’m not sure how to get the 3 lines icon to show so you can click on this to open that page to view that piece of work.

Is it possible to create an affiliate based website from this theme? I basically want to have all the looks of an e-commerce shop, but instead of buying from me, the buttons redirects to the real website. (i’m just the affiliate in this case) Is that possible?
