I am able to translate all the text into the Dutch language and I also know how to create the .po and .mo files.
Since I want my customers to be able to choose the language they prefer to use, I need a language switcher with this theme. What do you recommend?

Hello, After purchasing and downloading the file, I tried to upload the theme on wordpress, but it says the package could not be installed because the theme is missing the style.css stylesheet..

You don’t know how to open a .zip archive? You need a program like winrar, is free. Install it and then you can open the zip archive. Then move the maya.zip file from this archive to your desktop and upload this file in your wordpress panel (appearance > themes)

It’s now been 3 weeks since we’ve asked for help on a couple of problems that the update v1.8 created on our website. We’ve been promised Level 2 support and haven’t received it. The slow response time has been very frustrating.

The replies occur every 1-3 days and either repeat what I just wrote, don’t give an answer or I’m told someone else is going to handle it (and they don’t). I had to resubmit my original ticket because it wasn’t being answered. Another was split into a new ticket The new ones are: #640 & #987. Thanks.

Hello, I´ve have already published my web. I need to correct some errors in the exporting the site from localhost to remote host.
I have to say that exporting the site is a really serius matter…specially if you don´t have a theme that has this functionality inside. The default export/import in wordpress is very basic, and don´t work . So thank you for that.
My site is “http://www.hinsabaths.com/”, and i´m still doing some corrections.
My question is: I get the blog page (”/noticias” in spanish) mesagges in english, although the settings in wp-config is… define(‘WPLANG’, ‘es_ES’).
What else i need to change? Thanks very much.

Before I purchase, I need to know if this theme will work for digital downloads. I know I will have to add in a plugin for that, but I want to make sure that selling digital downloads will be possible with this theme. I love it and it is just the look I am wanting.

Hi, is is alot of menues etc that is not possible to change? I want to have My shop in Sweden and be able to have all text in swedish. Also can you use Yoast plugin in this wp theme?
Sure, you can have the theme in swedish, you can translate all the words yourself using the poEdit software. For the yoast plugin, we don’t tested it, i’m sorry.
Hi guys, My question is in regards to the e-commerce. When a customer places an order, how is the website owner notified of the order? Is this something that the owner has to constantly monitor, or would he/she receive an email or other notification?

The owner receive an email for each order, and also in the orders page can check the orders status.

I love the theme. Just purchased it yesterday and have a few quick questions while I am completing the install. For some reason the top of my page has a gap in it (ex sheswaibeauty.com) is this a css problem? I had a custom theme previous to this and was wondering if that had anything to do with it.
I started to watch a few of the videos in the documentation just to double check everything and some of the videos are set to “private” so I can’t view them.

Everything on the theme is working fine now but the checkout doesn’t work. What should I do?
Do you have an email where I can send screenshots? the error is coming from the checkout page, i add to cart, go to checkout, fill out info, then when I submit i get a long sandbox error
