Hey, Im having trouble with the supersize banner. It doesnt seem to be resizing to the screen even though I have the resize setting checked. you can view the problem at www.mexicanponcho.com.au on smaller screens, it cuts off the sides of the banner. Do I need to resize the banner? or is there a different setting i need to check?

Theme options > Slider > In “Configure slider” select “Mini layer” and click on the configure button. After this below you can enter title, text and so on.

I am having trouble installing this into my wordpress. I’m using the maya.zip folder but then after reaching 100% i am redirected to a page that asks if I am sure I want to install… I’ve tried to remove the style sheet and it’s still not working. Any suggestions?

—Thats the failure notice i get when I try to install the maya.zip fileMaybe you have some upload limits on your hosting (usually 2gb). Can you try to upload the theme using an ftp software?

Already own your product and by far, it is the best ecommerce thme you can buy. I’m now looking to buy another license.
BTW I love the full width option. Can I also have a full-width slider that will re size at lower resolutions 1028×768 and ipad etc? if so that would be amazing.

This theme looks amazing and I’m dying to buy it. But I’m going to ask a question similar to one asked by someone else a few days ago: I sell personalised print items, so i would like to know if it’s possible to add text fields either in the order form or before they add the item to their cart. I notice that WooCommerce has a plugin called ‘Product Add-ons’. If I purchased that plugin, do you think it would it be possible to use multiple text fields?
The theme has not this feature so yes, you need to purchase an extension for this.
SHIPPING: We use a shipping rate method by total of items in cart. Example: Cost of $0.00 – $19.99 = $5.99 shipping Cost of $20.00 – $49.99 = $8.99 shipping Cost of $50.00 – & up = $12.99 shipping
Normally paypal calculates this for us. Since the checkout is before it hit paypal, where do I setup this type of shipping?
Hi Sara, I’m having trouble with the menu as the categories are not showing up under the menu or pages after I create them. The only option i get under the menu is “uncategorized” for some reason.

Thank you. i have actually resolved my problem by reading the woocommerce support section. I had to select screen options in the top right corner and check ‘product categories’ for them to appear as an option.
Do you know if its possible to make the top bar a custom html code instead of static text or twitter feed?

You can set the images size you want in Woocommerce > settings > catalog
