Hi, I’m using the theme with the spanish translation in a localized WordPress install. Everything works great with the translation except for a part of the pagination I cannot translate, it isn’t in the default .po file so I looked in the files to change it but I just can’t find where to translate it.

I bought the theme a couple of weeks ago and Im installing it. Ive already downloaded WP 3.5 but Im not sure if the theme is compatible. If it’s not, how do I proceed? Do I have to downgrade my WP?

Hi, I installed WooCommerce but when I create a new product and go to “Set Featured Image”, the “Use as Featured Image” button does not appear on the screen, there is only the “instert to post” button.

Also, how do I set up the images in the Gallery page?

There’s no way to set the gallery as the featured image. If you want to add the gallery as product image, then select on gallery and there’s button “Insert Gallery”. Then the gallery will be added to your product.

I wrote a while back about the site being slow in loading pages. Any suggestions besides changing server. And if not, what would be the prefered server setup for it to run quick?

And I am not sure I totally agree. I had some better load times with plugins like: lazy load, the new W3 and WP Smush.it

How come you don’t give advise about this when I ask you. Seems like bad and lazy service from your side. Sorry to say. I just googled it yesterday and installed them and it now loads faster….

Does anyone know if these guys are still operating? I was promised a fix to a myriad of issues (double menus, display alignment issues etc) in December last year, have sent emails at the start of Jan 2013 asking when it will be done, and have heard nothing. Meanwhile my time sensitive business launch is brought to a halt. :(

I saw someone else posted this, and your response was to install the WooCommerce plugin first. I have done that, but I still get the following after importing the demo:

According to your profile (and 1 of the reasons I purchased this theme): Support questions are answered within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday. It has now been 3 days since I first posted and I have yet to receive any support. I have posted my same question on your forums without any comment either.

So far I am very disappointed with giving you my $55.

I have followed the steps in the included documentation and have had errors importing the demo, and have a layout that is nothing like the demo (another reason I purchased).

Please respond asap or I will have to contact themeforest and see if there is a way to get a refund since the product does not match the description.

This is the typical response you give to half of the questions on here when they complain about response time. If you are going to provide support you need to fix your network connection issues. On top of it, this is not an answer to the question. I already told you in the very first message that I followed the documentation and you said you would take a look at my site which I emailed to you. Guess what you did not do? You didn’t look at my site and give me information on why it’s not working. You have just repeated the documentation. I have already requested a refund from themeforest and unless you respond with real support regarding my actual site I will move forward with that.

From the Shop page with the grid of products, how do I edit the ‘Add to Cart’ button to read ‘View More’. And how do I link that button to the product page, not add to cart.
