Is there a more detailed instruction PDF for this template? I’m very new to Wordpress and I’m unable to get many things working. So far all I can do is create posts, but pages, menus, sub-menus, etc. don’t show up on the page. Help! Very elegant template, otherwise.
Hi, The pdf manual provided should be enough info for any kind of structures you want. The main area can have content provided by blog posts, a custom menu or both together. To configure it you need to use Theme Presets. The default one is White, that comes installed at first. In the Theme Preset all options are explained.
OK, I’ve made considerable progress with the template but I’ve hit a roadblock. What is the best way to integrate a soundcloud widget (or any widget) in to a gallery item? The Vimeo, YouTube, and jPlayer support are very convenient but it would be awesome if SoundCloud were an option, too. Thank you!
Ah, widget can’t go anywhere other than the widget areas, i.e. not posts. Alright. Different question, same topic: instead of soundcloud, how can I utilitze the jPlayer playlist function in the gallery items? This website will be audio heavy for me and an audio playlist is very important. Thanks again.

About the playlist thing.. I think there was another request in the past about this. Now I was thinking in integrating soundcloud and his playlist feature in the gallery items, as is easier to manage than jPlayer. I will need to make more tests on the playlist thing, to see how well it fits in the gallery area as an item. Until now I only had plans for single file players… so I will need to see how playlists will do.

Hi wickedpixel, thank you for a wonderful template. I have a couple of questions and hope you can help me with them. 1) can a website have background image related to a page/category in the main menu, i.e. first menu has first background image, second relates to another strictly. and these are changing each time I choose another menu. 2) can I replace menu titles (text) with small images? 3) can I place anything on the right side of a vertical line next to the main site title. 4) when there is a bog background image, the site scrolls leaving the background image static, I wonder if these could move (scroll) together. Thank you in advance.
Hi.
All the settings regarding backgrounds are in the Theme Preset, at the bottom. Additional features must be added with new custom code. All Random, Custom image list or Pattern. If you need custom features you can ask freelance support from a dev.
To make the background area to scroll normally you can add this css inside the Quick CSS textarea inside the Theme Preset:
#website-bg-engine { position: absolute !important; }
I’m not sure I like it to scroll.
Thank you. I’ll play around with the CSS a little bit in relation to background. However I am still investigating whether I can insert a logo together with the title/subtitle of the website. Theme Present replaces the title/subtitle text once logo is activated, so I thought whether you have ever considered using right side of the vertical line next to web site title as a logo place holder.
Hm. Site titles go hidden with css when a logo image is added. You could use some css rules to reveal those texts and move the logo in another position.

First of all, big up for your theme, i like the look and design a lot. Is it possible to disable the LOOP and SHARE in the top left and right corners with some option or i have to delete some lines in through the editor? Could you please tell me which particular lines have to be deleted?

Those options are located in the selected Theme Preset. Are named “Disable Item Loop” and “Hide Share Widget”

I have purchased the theme, and yes, I’m as serious as a heart attack. I don’t know why the “purchased” badge didn’t come up at first, but it seems to now. Perhaps the themeforest people can explain. Thanks for the help with post font size. I’ll give it a try.
You can alternate that css to target what elements you need. p tags and such. Because I realized that the rule I gave you may overwrite all elements in that textarea.

Something here is over my head. I cut and paste the css line from your previous reply into the quick css box, change the 20 to 25, 30 ,or other greater pixel height and nothing happens? Sorry I’m a dork. Not a code guy. Thx.

For some reason the zoom button does not work on my site. It hides the unwanted divs and creates a space for the zoomed image but instead of the enlarged image appearing, it is just blank? Any ideas why this might be?

Hi wickedpixel. I love this template. Super easy to setup and work with but today I noticed in IE9 the fonts I have set weren’t displaying as in other browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari). I have the default theme’s Federo set. Is this an IE9 thing or is there a fix? Thanks.
Well, that is a problem with custom fonts. Some of them may not look good on certain browsers. You will need to find one that looks reasonable good in all of them. What font gave problems?

Hi, here is the xml file that holds those White and Dark theme settings. Thing is,it may depend on what content you have in your wordpress. menus available, posts, etc. At least fonts, colors and other settings that don’t require content will work fine.
