Mediapress Ultimate Wordpress News/Magazine Theme

When I try to upload the theme i get this error:

The uploaded file could not be moved to /home

I tried this on 2 different Wordpress sites with the same error.

Any help?

Hello, I think it is a great theme, but I can not see Dashboard bar on the top (new WP 3 .2 function) when I’m logged in, do you know what it happens?

I upgraded to Wordpress 3.2 and now the nivo-slider does not work. Other jQuery scripts are also not working.

Is there a way to get Mediapress to work with Wordpress 3.2?

This developer seems to have vanished from the face of the earth. Not only is he not answering support questions here, but he has also closed down his support forum.

Lot of people on here, as well as on the support forum with unanswered issues (myself included), and no way of taking sites using this template forward.

He did mention some personal problems several months ago on his forum, but thats no excuse for the disgraceful level of support now.

An utter waste of $35!!

Theme doesn’t work with Wordpress 3.2 and developer doesn’t answer questions on his support forum. I should have read the recent comments before I wasted $35.

Hello, I have Mediapress up and running. I went to use Contact Form 7 (CF7) in the body on the from page and it seems to mail off but then fails, refreshining the page and adding some odd values to the url.

First thought was a CF7 issues but I use CF7 on two other themes without issue.

I thought CF7 was just clashing with some other plugins, not uncommon. So I deactivated all other plugins no good.

With only Mediapress and CF7 in play it still doesnt work.

Looked up the ddgoodi.es site but it will not accept my tiem purchase code from this site to register, tried two or three times being careful to remove leading and trailing spaces.

So at that stage either I have stuffed up or mediapress seems to have an incompatability with a good plugin that works elsewhere.

Do you offer this template in a Non WordPress Format?

I am interested in buying this template but i am concern about the following:

1- i need to be able to upload video so, will i be able to ? 2- How many Video will the template hold as i do not want to upload links to you tube i want to store them on my own database? 3-? regarding comments i do not want people to leave comments will that be possible to switch off?
