Can I add two select options in appointment form: self pay and insurance? If it’s insurance then there is a drop down list of insurances to select from. Different list for each doctor.

I basicly need just this plugin for already existing Worpress site. Is it possible to buy only plugin?

Nope its not possible as it was built only for the appointments but not that depth as you have though. Regarding the plugin nope its not a plugin as its integrate within the theme.

Well as promised i would like to inform all of you of how my project has ended.

Without Maqk’s support i would not have achieved what has been achieved and THAT MEANS dedicated support far and beyond what i have come across in so many years dealing with site / theme work.

This gentleman has and does possess what clients like me value and end up remaining as loyal customers without a second thought. Maqk’s response time is extremely fast given that we all live in different time zones and that is one factor we should all take into account when one decides to dive into site work. My limited knowledge in coding and Maqk’s ability to guide me through the process and allowing me to perform task that were unknown to me due to my lack of php knowledge was what gave him the extra thumbs up..!

Knowing that no matter what i was doing he would be there in the event i crashed my site simply sky rocketed him into my books. Asking for help beyond the scope of theme work on personal site issues (technical) was what has sealed Maqk as one of my official site suppliers..!

In closing i would simply and honestly say to all. That if you intend on purchasing any ….and i mean any of his themes / plugins then you should know that his support is something that perhaps other theme generators should and more than likely take into serious consideration.

As you can see you don’t see the the names of the fields. Only when you click a field and leave it you see it.

Is there a way to configure this?

Is it also possible to translate the fields to another language (dutch)

How can I :

Hide Blog Display from the front page, and instead make it display the FAQ and appointement Widget, just like in the demo ?
Recreate the same Contact Us as in the demo ? How can I embeed the contact form in that page ?

Make sure you don’t display the frontpage from wp-admin>settings>reading. set your homepage from theme options panel frontpage and select the page which has a custom sidebar assigned to it.

Create a page and add the contact form shortcode.

The appointment form on this theme is BROKEN. It is a hack of what appears to be a restaurant booking theme. I have had no end of trouble with the “appointment” system and may have to remove it completely.

All the shortcodes for email formatting do not work properly at all.

EXAMPLE: – when appointment status is changed the patient receives

May Jane – Name of the Patient [contact_email] – Email of the Patient 2013-03-15 – Date of Appointment 11:00 – Time of Appointment MISSING COMPLETELY – Consultant Doctor [appointment_id] – Appointment Id [contact_phone] – Patient Phone Number [appointment_note] – Patient Instructions or Note.

80% of the information is not send to the client at all… The same happens with the initial appointment email as well = the [contact_name] shortcode is not processed for the subject of the email…

Do not buy if you actually need the Appointment feature!

You can set that email from theme options panel. But I have downloaded now and checked that it went wrong with the recent update. Sorry for that I will make an update for this tomorrow.
