You want to add new icon, right?
Just edit product.tpl and add code. Icons which are in default opencart are used in our theme and you can turn off them in admin panel in megastore theme options in general settings.

No, the default icons would be fine – I’m just looking for the exact same ones you have under your product info; I don’t appear to have any, and turning the option on/off under the Megastore theme options doesn’t have any effect in them appearing or not:

Yah, got it. Found out that if you have the “Allow Reviews” option turned off (store settings>product options), then the social bookmarking links wont show up either….

I have a couple questions.
1st – I’m having an issue with the facebook display. I updated to the latest version released yesterday but it still appears funny with the bottom cut off. See image.
2nd – I would like to have a sidebar displayed on the home page in addition to the other pages. Is this possible with this theme?

1. You use localhost? When you put site online tha facebook design will change like in our demo.
2. Of course. Just set modules you which want to have in sidebar (left or right- you need to choose in megastore theme options) and rest modules in opposite column.

Besides everything working like a charm, I’m having one issue: Can’t get what should be the simplest thing to work: the Facebook widget at the bottom. No matter who/what ID I put in, I only ever get this error appearing in a red box:
“Could not retrieve the specified page. Please verify correct href was passed in.”
I’ve tried typing various FB ID ’s by themselves, with the full hyperlink, without http://, with http://, without www., with www.

Can the slideshow size be reduced if required easily and also the size thickness wise of the header menu bar? I did’t see a mention about using any html code if wanted in the bottom areas of footer where facebook is. I presume no more customisation can be done here as it’s all set out for modules. The newera smartphone coloured variation is more to what I require is simple to change a few settings to obtain this look quickly via the back end on the fly as it were?

Your work looks very clean you are obviously a designer with skills. I meant the thickness of the menu bar can it be made slimmer? I see a few features I like in another template the sale ribbon it doesn’t look like it is in this version. Can you add it at all easily? Could you email me I have emailed you earlier, regarding designing a background image for my branding of a store I have a logo and identity already, just with your skills you might be able to produce something really good.

2. Menu bar. You mean height right? Yes you can but only via CSS . Add height: 10px; for example in categories bar section.

Just an update, the error on category pages is fixed. Just the Facebook part in the footer that’s playing up. It’s disappeared fully now.

I think you client also see this theme (default).
Maybe you have old cache or maybe problem is becaue you are logged to admin panel and you have some settings for this (theme visible only when logged) I’m really don’t know.

Updated your theme on my website, but now I’m have issues with pictures on product pages. The default image popup modal box has gone and now my picture have a ‘’ symbol over them when i hover. How Can I remove this ‘’ symbol and stop the image flying off the screen on hover?

Hey Tiquet – Thanks so much for integrating cloud-zoom! It’s working great!
Just a small issue I have to bring up that’s probably intentional, but am wondering if there’s a workaround.
I currently have a main slideshow, but would like to display banners as well – only problem is that banners don’t seem to re-size, and instead just disappear when the resolution size is shrunk to tablet or lesser. Ideally, I’d like all viewers to see the slideshow and banners.
And although the slideshow re-sizes beautifully, it doesn’t seem like you can have 2 slideshows on the homepage, as the second slideshow (in which I had tried to place banners), doesn’t automatically transition images. You can click the arrows to force the next image, but it seems to be buggy, and affects the main slideshow in strange ways….
Anyways, is there a way to either a.) Keep banners and make them resizable so all my traffic see’s them, OR b.) Get 2 slideshows working smoothly on the homepage?

1. Yes, small banners are disabled on lower resolution but we change this probably in next update.
2. Slideshow, This is default OpenCart setting. Here we can’t change anything. Only one solution is to install new slideshow plugin.

Tiquet is very helpful for support on this theme, only thing I am still concerned about is validation errors in wc3 I have got my pages down to 16 no warnings that’s with 4 days work.
Things like js script for browser could be in external library rather than on page.
With default very few, but this uses xhtml strict. Some are due to facebook crappy implementation which is down to facebook, but I can’t get all of the others in the theme.

Validator is old tool. There is no way to have 0 “errors” today. Even ” ” (spacebar, whitespace) validator show as an error and this is not error.

This is IE problem not theme. You have two solution:
1. Move the button lower in CSS but than in FF/Chrome/Opera all this module will not be good.
2. Upload this file in stylesheet folder: cl.ly/1X0B0R0Z361P and in footer.tpl change url to this new file.
