This problem is related with the Timthumb script that resizes the images. Probably the folder permissions aren’t set properly. Please follow these steps that might help: 1. Check permissions of the folder named “cache” inside the includes/plugins folder and make sure they are 755; 2. Make sure the timthumb.php file permissions are set to 644. This file is also located at the includes/plugins folder; 3. Delete cache folder and re-upload it.
