Hello, all of my GravityForms forms have stopped working! If I change the theme then GF works fine. It only breaks if I use your theme. What’s going on?

I am attempting to create a child theme and make some changes to the theme options. How can I have theme use the admin files from my child theme without getting errors of functions being declared twice?

This is CRAP. It is partly mobile-responsive, but not everything adapts nicely to small screens. Be prepared to edit the CSS to make it work. Product page has conflicting CSS on the social headings (black background for some reason in the middle of a white page), completely breaking the “look” of the page. WTF ??? This was supposed to be a theme that makes it easy to get a shopping cart up and running. Instead, I’m running around fixing their bugs.

ANOTHER issue. I set up the slider content. Tested it. Looked nice. Went and set up a product page. Came back to slider, and all my content was wiped.
I just LOVE having to input the same content TWICE due to an ERROR in the script.
Images on the home page do NOT stay within their boundaries like in the demo. They expand and float outside their columns, making it look like CRAP.
I had to ditch this theme and go with a different one.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS !!!

thanks for your opinion, I must say that majority of the people that purchased the theme didn’t have these problems. And you can always write to support so we can check it out. You can contact Envato about the refund.
Can’t login or contact Premium Coding forum… does not accept my email/password, does not send me recovery email even though it says my email is an user already…tried creating an account with a different email, same thing happens… can’t send form, nothing happens when I do… I’ve bought this theme twice… and used to get good support help… Just updated to latest version, images look pixeled please help.
the forums have been closed for a while now. We offer support directly via support tab in theme’s description (ticket system). For your case I believe that you need to check the sizes of the thumbs in woocommerce settings and then run Regenerate thumbs plugin:

Regarding the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin…
can’t follow the instructions on the plug because it is using a much older version of WordPress, the media panel does not work like that anymore… On WooCommerce>settings>product images… how do I know which size the thumbnail images were before?? If I click on the regenerate thumbs link it takes me to the plugin download page, evethough the plug in is already intalled.

We used to love this theme but after they changed their support structure and make you pay for real support, it can’t be used / trusted. I tried to get support, it took 3 weeks of back and forth, one response per day and all they did was hack together some fixes they thought would shut us up.
Use another theme unless you want to pay for support or wait 3 weeks for free support. Disappointing!
as you know support is not mandatory. We offer free support but response time is 72h. What is your ticket ID so I can check what went wrong with your support ticket, because 3 weeks is way too long.

yes it can also be used as a blog theme, even though it’s more suitable for a web store.
how can scroll down in a large submenu in pc? now only can see the items that fitting in the screen, the menu can’t scroll down, in mobile there is no problem with that

We are having latest version of Mercor and WooCommerce. I checked in WooCommerce/ System status, there is an message saying this:
mercor/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/tabs.php version 2.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.4.0,
What should we do now?
