First I would like to say that you have created an amazing theme. I am an Industrial Designer and very interested in purchasing it to display my professional product work but I have some questions:
1. Will it work and interact properly when viewing with Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer browser?
2. When viewing the portfolio projects, is there a way to make the images viewable in a vertical scrolling down method, or use the arrow keys to do the scrolling to the right? (some projects will have 10 or more placeholder images and that can be a bothersome to have to continuously mouse click slide by slide to cycle through them all)
I look forward to your response and hope that I can use this theme for my work if those methods are possible.

1. we have tested it in those browsers. just to make sure. test the demo urself on all browsers that interest u.
2. such a feature will have to be added (coded in). vertical scrolling = a lot of work. arrow keys = not a lot of work.

Hello, I am on the verge of buying this theme, its pretty legit. I just have a few questions. Im a director/editor/graphic designer/music producer. will this theme easily support video via youtube. and logo on the front page where the “math is easy” text is?
Yes my friend. This theme allows youtube/vimeo. And you can upload a .png with your logo on the first page where “math is easy” text is. It’s just a matter of page construction. It’s up to your imagination.

thanks good to know, i purchased it now.. and im probably an idiot for buying a complex theme, seeing as ive never coded a website before.. im a director/editor who will use this website for mostly holding my videos and social netwoking buttons links, and some photos,upcoming events, maybe a twitter feed, and a store for merchandise. maybe some music that i do also. i would like the basic layout of the “preview”. obviously more custom with my own colors and background images.. im looking to have the first thing you see (much like the screen where it says “math is easy”) but i want my own background and my own logo that i made in photoshop where those words would be. and tips for me to atleast get started. like i said, new to code, and this is probably a noob question, any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. im just trying to learn how to put this all together..
hey,
in ur admin, go to ur first front page section (or the one with the menu order 0). on that page, in the “background settings” meta box, insert (upload) ur desired background image. then select “full screen” as the custom background position.
now for ur logo. on the same page, underneath the title input field, click on “upload/insert” upload ur logo and then before u hit the insert into post button, make sure u check “center” as ur alignment. to position it vertically, either use “enters” or (recommended) use the smart padding shortcode (insert it before the image).
there are a couple of things that might help u out in the customization process. one would be to check out the documentation (main/documentation/Mercurial Documentation.pdf) and the other would be to import the dummy content xml and take a look at how the demo site is built.

I’m having trouble getting my blog to display properly. I have the blog page set up with the Blog template chosen. It’s showing articles, but Read More buttons and links seem not to be jiving with css. I also noticed under Theme Options -> Blog Page Settings, there are no options or anything and wonder if this is part of the issue.

Hey! Go to your admin panel (wp-admin) and in the menu select Appearance > Theme Options and in the Blog Page Settings tab, select your blog page. If there’s nothing to select, then you need to click Options Reset (bottom left corner). But before clicking that, just save your menu color, logo and all that – you’ll have to insert them again.

ok ok.. i actually think im starting to figure a couple things out now as i read and research further. quick question tho, i figured out how to use the shortcodes for the text type. but how do you control the text color and where it is placed on the screen, the text i put in is black, which i dont want, and its kinda placed at the top of the section, rather than the center, help?
Hey! Don’t worry, you will learn fast!
Playing with text types is easy. If you want the same color for all your text types on a specific page, use the title font color picker option below the editor. If you want different colors for each text type, think of the wordpress editor as it is MS Word. Set colors individually by selecting the text and then apply a color. Check out the pic:

...im so annoying.. and on top of all this is there a way to add drop shadow to text once there is color. and do i have to use only the 6 texts available in shortcodes, or can i somehow use fonts downloaded from sites like da font?
1. only if u add it in the css files.
2. u can use whatever fonts u like, but u’ll have to do a little work
. first u’ll need to create a font face kit http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fontface/generator . put its contents in the fonts directory of the theme. add the @fontface css rule to the css/fonts.css. make sure u use the right paths to the font files. then change the font names on the text types u want in css/shortcodes.css (they are in the first 100 lines). or u can create ur one text types with ur own css rules. we’ve added 3 “blank” text types. u can customize those.
there are instructions about fonts in the documentation also.

I have recently purchased this theme. Love the look, but how do you add new Front Page Sections to the menu? I have added new menu items as pages (from the Pages section) however the menu link goes to that single page and doesn’t slide down the front page to that section.
I am a also concerned as I want to delete the Portfolio Menu item for now but add it in again later. How do I add it in again later if I delete it? I am hoping your answer will answer both questions

There is a difference between normal pages and front page sections (pages). The Front Page Sections are those Parallax pages that you see scrolling. A normal page for example is the Blog page – that as you can see, is a static page.
Normally, you’ll have to create Front Page Sections and then add them to the menu. To add them to the menu, you gotta see them (YOU ARE RIGHT HERE !)

Don’t worry about deleting menu items… you can easily add them back later. You don’t delete the front page section, you just delete the menu item

i also tried to add a video like it says to in the document. and it showed the cover pic for it and i scrolled over and it showed name. but when i click on it the little wheel just goes forever and doesnt open vid..
ill have to take a look at ur admin. this is not an issue by default.
also, since ur inquiries are getting more and more personalized, i would prefer it if we continue the conversation over email (use the contact form from our profile page). it’s also easier for me.

Hi Again, I still have problems with the contact form.
I put the email in settings—>General in the wordpress admin but nothing.
I install all the dummy content and then i begin to work cleaning and adding my stuff…perhaps the contact form is pointing to your email. i don´t know where to look onto.
Is the only thing lefts on the web to be perfectly operative.

what type of post type it is (page/post/fpsection/portfolio etc) is irrelevant. what matters is the html. and we’ve tried to make it semantic using sections, articles, etc,

Hi, I think of purchasing this very nice theme, and i have a question: Have you (by chance:) tested the theme on RTL languages (such as Arabic or Hebrew)? and if not, what issues should i expect when use it on RTL wordpress installation (besides fonts mismatch or minor css stuff) ??

i sent you a personal message but idk if it worked.. sorry.. so to delete the little black lines behind text you just delete line 84 in shortcodes.css? how does that translate to site? sorry I’m new to the codes and dream weaver and everything. and as far as the video not playing in the portfolio section, or even images not coming up when i click them, all that happens is the wheel goes forever, how exactly do i create new admin credentials to send for you to look over? and last thing for now…how do you put the info columns in a specific order, they show up on site in alphabetical order only… again, sorry for being a noob, I’m trying to research as much as i can before i ask you guys
