depends on your personal knowledge. Since this is a HTML/CSS template all colors are been set in the main CSS file.

Now I have 2 problems

1) About the sidebar you can see it in http://thunderbuddies4life.com/metro-html/portfolio-overview-3column-sidebar.php Look at the links on the sidebar Categories, under Search. There is no ‘hover’ effect.

2) How do I change the logo width and still remain responsive??? This a basic feature mate. Everyone is going to change the logo – first thing to do. I put a 278px width .png image and also change the css class, but when I try to see the page on smaller page by reducing it’s size, it’s a mess. The menu is going under the logo etc.

3) Another bug… The “X” close button when you open the images with the fancybox, doesn’t work.

Because I’m far in development on my project, at least it would be great to know if you are looking to these matters. It must be online by the end of the month. Thanks.

Hi,

sorry for the late answer. We overseen the comment between the other comments of our other files !

1. There was no “hover effect” designed. If you need help here we can give you some tipps how to make one.

2. style.css line 224 you can set the dimensions of the logo. You may need to change the height of the header as well at line 220. In smaller view, if you have too many menu points, you may need to change the paddings between the menupoints, so it still has enough place next to the menu. The Menu is not resposnive at this place. but with a background-size:cover you can make it responsive and keep it in the dimensions you added.

3. Just tested it, it works perfect in MAC ff and Chrome. Can you give me a short feedback where you have the issue, and how it happend?

About the first issue, please see http://thunderbuddies4life.com/metro-html/portfolio-overview-3column-sidebar.php THERE IS A HUGE PROBLEM THERE!!!!! If you see the links on the right sidebar, under “Categories”

- Portitor velit -Vestibulum faucibus - Aliquam scelerisque - Penatibus partur

you cannot click them. You know what’s the problem? As long as there is content in the main content area, that is spaning in longer height and covers the height of where the categories are, you cannot click them. You can see this problem in portfolio-overview-3column-sidebar.html file. Just try to click the links… you can’t. Then go and delete all the main content. Then the links are clickable.

So what we must do? This is the last thing to change and I’ll have my site complete.

sorry but I have no easy answer there for you. You need to build a WordPress version out of Metpo which is a really complicated thing and cannot be described here. You have to be very WP savvy to do that.

Please help…I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, or maybe there’s a problem with this page—> portfolio-overview-3column-sidebar.html

I’ve trying add hyperlinks to sidebar “Categories” section, and it won’t detect the links.

I tried under the “Archive” section, it works. However, when I add more images to the gallery on the left, as the image list got longer, it won’t detect the links on the sidebar again. It seems like it’s treating it as a four-column portfolio, so it ignores the sidebar as the image list got longer than the sidebar. Hope it makes sense…

the template is full of examples. If you need Links in the Categories block you need to copy them from the Archive section and copy/adapt the CSS for that.
