Pre-purchase question… Nice theme! I was wondering if in the home screen, can the first top bigger box be a video that auto plays when someone lands on the site?

Yes, I had have found this splashscreen-section, but I do not see any splashscreen on my iPhone not even in the freshly downloaded and unchanged demo of your template when calling the index.html. What I would expect on start is first the splashscreen image for some seconds (your demo images), then the loading Message (spinner balls) and then the website with the tiles. Some mistake in my imagination? By mail it would be possible to send you a link to the test-environment, if you need. Have an nice evening!

You have to add home screen your web site. On iPhone, iPad or iPod. After that when you opened your web site from this icon you will see splash screen. Splash screen feature is ios feature. Did you do this or tried with just explorer?

I guess you would add this theme to your website as a default for mobile devices. What code do I need to add to my header file to get the css file to switch if visitor is on a mobile device. I need help understanding how I can use this.

1-) First you will create a domain like m.yousite.com or yoursite.com/mobile (directory names up to you.)

2-) We will give you an integration quide for this on our help documentation. And php detect system. + Javascript detect system

3-) You will put a small code to your desktop template for detect and redirect mobile devices. ( Detailed info in help documentation)

4-) When somebody enter with mobile device directly going to Metro mobile.

Hi Had an issue with my clients using IE (crazy, right?) by showing boxes instead of icons due to the font but I added this line before the last and solved the issue

I just purchased this item and uploaded it to my /themes directory. I’ve tried two separate methods and get the same error:

Broken Themes

“The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template. Name Description MetroMobile Template is missing.”

Please help. I am experience at installing wordpress sites. I’m not sure why this is happening with your theme.

I purchased this template 2 days back, Now i have transferred the html files to m.rajdetetive.com (sub domain of www.rajdetective.com ) but i don’t know why its not opening in Android phone browsers .. This theme is meant for mobile users but still not opening ?? is there are any setting yo do ?
