I’m looking at getting this for a company but wasn’t entirely convinced that the desktop version would work for them. What plugin or what is the best way to use this with another theme.
I’ve tried one or two plugins that are supposed to switch between 2 themes but haven’t been happy with any of them.
What would you recommend?

For best use we prefer create another wp called m.youdomain.com and then use our redirect code on your desktop site redirect mobile users to this mobile wp. We have a guide for this inside the documentation.

1-) I can prefer you a easy way. Create 2 tabs menu because your tab titles are long. Sorry I have no another way to do it.
2-) You can fill a table from a db but need to be coded yourself. On wordpress we not have an automation for that.
I am trying to add new ideas like video tile google map tile but your’s a bit hard to do it.:)

looks great. loading time seems a bit sluggish both online and on my devices. any suggestions for decreasing load time?
On main page i have used 2 video from vimeo and youtube this videos making loading time a bit more. And also hosting is different country from your country it makes loading time a bit more. if you install your own host you will see difference.

Good know. And just so I’m clear, we use shortcodes to embed videos on our post pages, provided our shortcodes work in your theme, does theme support self hosted video embedding?
Just we have vimeo and youtube shortcodes but you can use 3rd party plugin for this.

You can use google fonts. Add your google font in style.css like;
@import url(http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Dosis);
And then change font names like i told in help document.
