I was able to get the splash screen working, but then changed the png files, and now the splash screen is just “white” when I look at it on my phone. I reset the metro mobile options, reloaded the new png’s, but still just a blank white screen for a splashpage on my mobiel phone. Any ideas?

If you using splash screen samples on sources folder and if upload correct sizes it will work. We have no issue with splash screens.

Hi there, I have a conflict with one of my plugins, I contacted the company who made the plugin, and they told me it was a java script error in the theme. I set up two examples that quotes 2 short-codes, the same 2 short-codes, only difference is which short-code is used first (on top). – Each site should show two grey bars, that quote how much money has been raised (fundraiser plugin) – but it only shows the one that the theme runs first, and only quotes the text from the later one, not the bar it self. (I have tried to use the exact same example on a Word Press page with no theme, and it works fine there)

Thank you for purchase our template. I see the error is in jquery.ui.progressbar.min.js:5In our template we not use jquery.ui and any of elements. So can’t help you about this error. Look like plugin error.

Most of plugin work like other wordpress sites. Did not tested your plugin. For widget we have not widget area but you can use shortcodes.

I’m trying to figure out how to custom color the tiles, and though I’ve read through the question/answers, I still can’t seem to make it work. No you can make auto update after purchase. You not lose data because the files updated.

I purchased and downloaded the regular version. I’m not sure how to manually update it so I don’t lose all of my settings. Do I re-install the theme? Or just ‘import’ something within the Metro Mobile panel?

If you enter your username and purchase code in to the “Metro Mobile Admin > Auto Update” it can auto update.
Also you can upload files inside the metromobile folder to wp-content > metromobile. And replace with existing files. You won’t lose any data because you are just updating files.

Hi I have set up the contact page, I have a question: I would like to add an image to the right of my actual contact form, the last wordpress theme I used gave me a column shortcode, I see none that do this. Could you tell me how to add image into contact page please on right hand side next to “your name” etc etc

We have column shortcode in our Webbu Shortcode button. If you add 1/2 column from that editor you can do it.
