The layout you see in the demo is the main one right now. The other two possible layouts are available by switching the sidebars around.
You can achieve what you need by modifying a few files though. I would be happy to point you in the right direction to achieve what you need.

Hi, love the theme. Before I purchase is it WPML compatible? And… can you customize the colours? Especially the long page header/banners which are blue in the demo. It would help if these were corporate colours.

Thanks for your interest. I am currently working with the guys at WPML to make the theme compatible and an update will be available in a few days. In the meantime, we’ve included .po/.mo files for translation.
The header is customizable with a color picker we’ve included in there. You can also upload custom background images for that header.

Yes it supports it and includes a bbpress child theme . You can get the bbpress plugin from wordpress.org

If I play the video in the slider, the slider continues to move to the next slider. Is there a fix for this?

At the moment there is no fix for that. It’s a little difficult manipulating embeded videos since most of them are loaded in iframes.

I have one question before I make a decision on your theme. I am looking for a slider that has the ability to insert text descriptions and have a thumbnail slider below. Something like your Flexslider and MetroSlider examples. The idea is that the thumbnails would help communicate different types of products at a glance.
Which one of your slider options would accommodate.
HI, There is one that that has the thumbs, refineslider, and it supports short descriptions on the images. I haven’t added a text field yet but it’s a simple mod to make it work. The metroslider can also be modified to use thumbs instead of the text links.

thanks i got it. Another question I’m trying to embed a youtube or vimeo in the slider like you have in the demo except when I do it it takes up the whole height of the slider even if i adjust the iframe height and width. How can i get the vimeo to be a small size like you have in the video?

The video is wrapped in a the class can be right or left depending on where you want the video. You can use the column shortcodes also if you like. If you want to hide it one or the other in mobile add a “hide-for-small” class as well.
PS: Am planning on improving the slider documentation I just haven’t found the time yet

Nice theme and I am a bit of a WP noob, so am pulling my hair out a little already
I am trying to put in 3 X 1 /3 columns but it is not playing fair and only putting two together and the third one on the next line – any clues please?
Also, what slider is that on the demo page – I like it but have not a clue which one it is and how to set it up correctly.

The homepage slider is called metroslider and you can select it from the slider manager. As for the columns the 3rd column shortcode should be [one_third_last] ....content here … [/one_third_last]

Bought your theme today. Looks nice! Except I’m not able to activate my translation. I’ve translated the default.po en saved it with my country code. Uploaded the nl_NL.po and nl_NL.mo file to wp-content/themes/metrocorp/lib/languages/, but nothing happened. Could you help me out?
