Once you’re registered (you’ll need your item purchase code) please first use the search form at the top of the forum to see if your question has already been asked and resolved, this really helps us to spend less time answering the same questions and spend that time on developing new and improved features and future themes for you all.
If you can’t find an answer to your problem, ask away and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Technically our support hours at Monday-Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm (GMT) but in all honesty, we’re a little addicted to our jobs (it’s what we love to do) and we’re often available to answer questions outside of these days and hours, although it’s obviously not always possible but we’ll do our best.
Lastly, please don’t send us email requests for support or requests via our profile page. It’s not because we’re trying to be difficult but we will only direct you to the support forum to post your question if you do. The reason behind this is that it allows us to keep a running conversation history with you and also continues to expand on the wealth of information available on the forum which will likely be helpful to another user at some point and save us time in answering the same questions over and over.
