Can you tell me how to change the banner size? I need the height to be smaller.. No matter what size I size the image, it stretches it to the 500px height instead of just adjusting based on the size of the screen.

Does this theme support multiple currency? For example, in the official CS-Cart demo (http://demo.cs-cart.com/), you can select $, €, and £. But in your demo, there is no currency selection.

What do you mean? The words “Language” and “English” do not align on the same level horizontally. “English” is a little to low… Why?

We’re having problems with your theme.

1.) Seems there is a conflict with the banner script. If I set up banners to be loaded by NEW and then limit 3…..it posts 3 banners underneath eachother and slides them to a empty block.

2.) In the documentation you included some html to replicate your css for the banners. This instruction is not clear, I get the text block, but when i put the image in the wysiwyg it breaks the alignment plus the responsive of the site. This html is incomplete, can you provide complete or let me look in your admin panel :)

can you help us. Whats the best way? through freshdesk? I will rate the template after these issues are resolved.

this problem was solved. upload the installation files to var/skins_repository/ instead of design/themes, clear all cache and everything works perfect! very good looking theme!

Hello, after installing the theme it appears the layout is wrong, I’ve added the banner, selected metros as a layout as per documentation and added a text banner, still the layout of the website is messed up.

Hi there,

Is there a way to change when the main menu becomes responsive as i have noticed that on smaller screens 14” to 17” that the menu shows as responsive, however i would only like a responsive menu on mobile and tablets

Installed the theme, layout is completely wrong. Battled with the wrong instructions and lost. The main thing is as noted before to copy the ‘metros’ directory into var/themes_repository not into designs/themes

However this does not work either as the supplied layout is 16 wide while Metros demo and specifications are for 12 wide. I am annoyed and I have wasted hours on this incomplete and incorrect theme. I’d expect this type of nonsense from a free theme, not a commercial theme even if it is only $60.

The developers fixed the problem. The original file archive they made available did not contain the correct layout files. Effective customer service.

Hey there. Great looking theme, only question I have is, are there no visible controls for the Slide show content slider?

I can BARELY see 3 dots at the bottom-right corner but other than that nothing to go back and forth.

This theme does NOT seem to work with multi store. The support so far has been atrocious – dare I say non existent. I gave a very detailed explanation of my issue. The template works on the primary store, but not the second. (I gave more detail than that).

I get an inane “reinstall” response and they close the ticket. I try again and I get “read the documentation” and they close the ticket.

I know what I am doing and I have worked with CS-CART and other templates for a while now.

The template seems to work really well on the first or primary store. It DOES NOT seem to work if you have a second store added. The checkout page doesn’t collect address/shipping information, but skips straight to collecting payment. You can’t update your account information, etc, etc.

Even if you do a second complete install in a separate directory and apply that to the second store it does not work – same issue.

Please take my ticket seriously and actually read through the issues. I know you haven’t or you would have tested it on the faulty site and created a profile – placed a fake order.

Kindly refund my purchase or at least have the decency to read my ticket in full and reply with some kind or possible solution other than “read the documentation” – close ticket.

I am trying to upgrade my store to 4.2.3 and when I do, the whole site gets screwed up. I don’t want to just overwrite the new CS-Cart files with the old files that I have since there has been some new functionality added. Are you going to be upgrading the files anytime soon?
