Thanks for this awesome and fast like hell theme. I’ve been waiting long for something like that – as I saw it I immediately have fallen in love with it.
Two suggestions:
1) As you told before (to pulphero) it would be very nice to have the possibility to add the latest blog posts by a shortcode to the home page
2) When looking at the navigation on the iPhone, this, from the perspective of design, comes not so handy. You might have a look at http://vamtam.com/?theme=adeptstyle In mobile mode they have a really nice dropdown for the navigation.
May be you consider this for an update. Just my 2 cents.
But as I mentioned before: I’m really happy to stumbled upon this theme.

1) “Recent posts” shortocode was added since 1.2.3 version. So you can use it and display recent posts in homepage blocks

I just bought your theme, but now you telling me that I can´t use my portfolio at home page?

It appears the buttons shortcode is not working. The code appears correct, but upon rendering the page it is just a # rather than the url. Any thoughts? Can you show me how it should be structured so that I can manually correct to get my buttons working? Thanks!

We are going to add this feature with the next updates. But unfortunately I can’t tell when exactly.
As you know I already love this theme and am busy building a new site.
Quick question please: I would like to make the Random Items images smaller, so I can fit more than 3 in. Is this possible without a lot of coding. I found the bit that limits it to 3 but thought there must be more to it than that?
Had a quick look at some php files but my head began to hurt.

One problem with tabs and responsive layout: If you use longer tab-titles than in your demo, the tab-box can not handle a smartphone screen. Then it flows out of the screen. From other themes I know the solution that the tab-titles in these cases build a second row.

Please improve the recent posts shortcode with number of excerpt-characters to be shown and turn on/off excerpt. This is important to insert teasers for recent posts on pages in a nice layout. Thank you.

actually you can use “Video Embed” shortcode to insert Google.Maps (the mechanism of making it responsive the same). So you just grab the google.map HTML insert code and insert it via “Video Embed” shortcode.

Just purchased your theme. After importing metrostyle.wordpress.xml no pages show up. It is the only xml file in the demo_content folder. The other file is metro.options.dat.
By the way, your documentation refers to metro.wordpress.demo.content.xml which I do not see…

the layout for the iPad is the same as for the desktop, just shrinked. It’s not a mistake. Layout changes for mobile devices with smaller screen size.

Great theme! Just 2 questions:
Q1: Can the slider on the homepage be made to link to particular pages instead of blog posts?
Q2: In FireFox and IE7 , the overall width of the theme seems really wide, whereas in Chrome, it is “regular sized”. Is it supposed to be like that?

A2: theme can’t be viewed with IE7 . It gives a message with suggestion to upgrade the browser. Are you sure with the IE version? As for the FireFox – could you provide the screenshot? Theme should looks alike with FireFox and Chrome.

I changed the fontsize in the following rule: style.css, line 898,
I changed from 18 to 16 and 14. But nothing happends. Headings are still big on the homepageslider.
I guess i do this wrong.
Any suggestion for me?
