I delete all the other theme already, but the side bar(Store Selector) still show, can you teach me how to remove it?

2. Design -> Footer -> Miscellaneous HTML = delete all the code inside

Great theme design but after installing on Magento 1.9.1, we had a number of problems – blog didn’t work, infinite scrolling was buggy, color swatches didn’t work and a few minor things.

Knowledge base was sparse and so was documentation. Create a couple of support tickets for these issues and waited a couple of weeks for them to help resolve. They fixed a couple of items but then told us its our extensions and left us on our own. So far, no response back and no further assistance. Blog is still broken, infinite scroll still buggy.

To be honest, we did upgrade Magento to 1.9.1 at the same time, but most if not all custom modules we have disabled. For us, that is just not possible. So if you are not starting with a brand new Magento install, be forewarned you may be on your own.

Hello, it’s possibile to add a limit to infinite scroll? For example, after the first 50 products loaded through the infinitescroll, display the normal pagination.

there is a problem with the revolution slider: on chrome give fade as the only animation, this does not happen with all other browsers, check out the preview of Milan. Probably you need to upgrade revolution?

I hate to do this, but this is the third time I have experienced a problem with your new customer service system and not had a question answered.

I asked a question over 1 MONTH ago, and have not had a response. I was told a member of the team would be getting back to me soon, and I continue to wait. When I first purchased this theme, I use to tell everyone about how great ShopSharks customer service was and how it was one of the best things about the Milano theme. All that changed since this new system. It is very annoying not knowing a time frame as to when your question will be answered, and not having some form of progress bar to view. I have submitted a new ticket which will hopefully bring my old unanswered ticket to your attention.

I would also like to again bring up the suggestion of putting more focus on developing the Milano Theme’s Blog. Blogs are such an important part of eCommerce now and certain functions like ‘subscribers box’ and ‘related articles’ are essential. I am considering looking for a new provider on my next projects, simply based on the few functions the blog offers and the issues I have had with the customer service. 6 months ago I would have said I was a ShopShark customer for life.

Hi Conor, first of all apologies for this inconvenience with the delay. I made a check and noticed that the last movement of the ticket you wrote about is an answer form a colleague of mine who wrote you that he will forward the request to a tech guys. That is why the ticket has been marked as an ‘Answered’. However the system is automatized and close the answered ticket automatically few days later and I presume this is how the ticket was missed.

I just wrote to the guy who is in charge with the support today and requested to start anteriorly with your ticket and I will respond you as soon as I have his report of the issue.

How do I change the layout of the Blog Pages? With normal pages you have the option of ‘1 column’, ‘2 columns with left bar’, ‘2 columns with right bar’, but I can’t find how to do this with the Blog Pages?

In System/Configuration/Shopshark/Blog Options/Menus and Links, there is also the option of ‘Enable Left Menu’ and ‘Enable Right Menu’. When I select the option ‘Yes, all pages’, my blogs recent posts display on the left or right columns of my websites pages, however because my Blog Pages are configured with the page set up ‘1 Column’, these recent posts are not being displayed.

Is there also anyway of moving the blog image to the centre of the blog article?

I have looked through the Milano Documentation and couldn’t find anything on the Blog.

Good afternoon. I have a question about extension “color swatches”. Loading photos of the products in all the colors in the image gallery would be changed when selected the color option? Currently in preview we only have the dress in pink and when we click on the colors this picture does not change.

Good afternoon. Undecided by purchasing the theme. I would like to take this doubt about the extent “color swatches” first, since it is important to shop I’m developing.

In you store the product (dress) that appears with the “color swatches” option only has 1 photo and 3 color options. When you click on the available colors, the photo of the product does not change, always remains the same color.

If we upload the dress with the other color options, the client can choose the color to automatically view the dress in the color of choice?

Hi, if you have another attributes available, as size fr example, the client should choose size as well and then the image will be changed. If only color is used as attribute than the image will be changed as soon as the client choose the color they wish.

Hi,

In your demo at milano.shopshark.eu, when you use Quickview, and add an item to the wishlist, the ajax add to wishlist doesn’t work. It will redirect you to the wishlist page and it will load inside the popup div, which is not pleasing to the eyes. Can you fix this and also enable the ajax wishlist inside the quickview popup?
