At ShopShark, we are constantly trying to improve the quality of our products and services. Therefore we are providing additional support on our Magento themes via our own support system available here: https://www.shopshark.net/clientarea/

Here is what to check and do upon sending a support ticket:

- Please verify you are not facing a hosting issue. Install a default Magento and make sure it is working correctly. If you have hosting issues, ask the the hosting for support.

- If you have installation issue, please make sure you have uploaded the files correctly. Try reinstalling first.

- Send us your admin login (it is better if you make a copy of your website before that, so we are workin on a staged copy).

- Send us FTP account details as we will probably need to check your files too.

- We do not support 3-rd party extensions. Try turning off all extensions other than the ShopShark ones and check if the problem is not caused by them.
