YO. We purchased this and we’re experiencing a weird thing where the Homepage Slider only displays when NOT logged into the WP Dashboard.

I can make it display all the time by commenting out/deleting wp_header() in footer.php, but obviously this is not a sustainable solution.

All plugins deactivated.

Hosting is good (MediaTemple)

I investigated your issue and its this: The slider is actually printed out, as you can see in source of the page. But you are adding by javascript class “display:none” to the HEADER element.

Good theme so far – just a couple of bugs in various places. The biggest issue for me is that the contact form does not work – I am getting the same error as several others have posted above. Before I leave my ‘rating’ I would like to see this fixed? Is a fix on its way?

i try to upload using install theme menu in dashboard. but i cant upload. “are you sure want to do this?

Please try again” and im trying to upload using FTP but the wordpress seem cant read the theme. when i am working offline with my offline wordpress the software can read the theme but how come when its online wordpress can’t read the theme?

Hi there!

You need to make sure you unzip the package you downloaded from themeforest and only upload the theme zip file.

Also make sure your hosting company does not have a low maximum upload file size limit. You can ask them to increase it temporarily or install the theme unzipped via FTP to wp-content/themes

guys, even after installing the latest version, the theme still has problems, can you address them please?

- the contact form issues everyone is talking about

- for some reason whenever you activate another theme, then reactivate this one you lose all settings and customizations – it gets back to all default settings

- the theme is trying to use a file that doesn’t exist:

This is the function causing the issue:

Hi! Before I purchase the theme, I want to know if it’s possible to disable the map on the contact page. I bought the non-wordpress version of this theme, but I can’t disable the map and have it as a plain background instead. I’m hoping that the WordPress version can.

Also, is it possible to upload my own slider backgrounds, and not have to use the default? Can the same be done on the work sub-page for where the title is displayed?

I’m fully aware of that, but when I would remove the “map” class, it distorted the rest of the contact form, as well as some other areas of the site.

After some testing I am afraid I have to tell you that I figured out it’s not a mere CSS thing. We would have to severely edit the functioning of the file members.php – the current members are built as a list. We cannot display a list in two rows, we would have to change the code for that. I’m afraid this cannot be done within the free support. However if you want custom work to be done you can contact me at your.customization@gmail.com for a quote.

There is a tab on the contact page. The default address is in San Francisco. We have updated the address but it will not update that tab, whatever format we use. You will find our actual address in the theme settings, can you fix that tab?

Oh you mean the map image – that’s actually an image you can edit. The psd is in the download backage, simply update the image and upload it to the folder http://yoururl.com/wp-content/themes/millennium/data/contact/big.png

I’ve just purchased the template, but slider is not shown in the home page although i did follow all the steps on the pdf instructions (not that i needed those tbh)...

EDIT 1: The slider shows only when i’m logged out , when logged in to admin panel, it disappears

Oh it’s not a bug? So if it’s not a bug why you don’t see the slider when you’re logged in?? I’ve found at least also 10 bugs indeed i hate myself for buying this theme… Anwyay… i know what’s a child theme thank you!

Template is one page only, so what happens if I’ve got 50 projects in portfolio but I want to show only 12 on homepage.

Is it possible to show full portfolio on new single page, and just create button on actual homepage?
