I followed your instructions above and opened mimino.pot with Poedit. I’ve mange to translate most of your template, but some parts like: search field, contact form, archives, 404 … doesn’t offer translation.
Any tips how to multi-translate these?

To fix the twitter updates for new API put the code inside the files /mimino/functions/shortcodes.php and /mimino/functions/widget-twitter.php, find in the code the url:
and replace with this url:

I mean, google map working with this address: https://maps.google.es/maps?q=CMA+Las+Armas&hl=es&ll=41.658918,-0.885472&spn=0.008705,0.021136&cid=16333826390193909709&gl=ES&t=m&z=16&iwloc=A
and just on the right to the map, the contact info with the details.
I was not able to make it works!

Hello. You can add new page and to set it as front page in “Settings > Reading”. In this page you can add any info, shortcodes and to format it like you need.
