You need to import the demo xml file (inside the Demo folder) into you wordpress instalation. To do that follow the next steps:

1) Go to Tools > Import.Choose “Wordpress”.
2) Click on Choose File and select the xml file in the Demo Content Folder.
3) Click on Upload file and import.

Now choose the page on the wordpress setting:

1) Go to Reading under Settings.
2) Select “A static page” in the “Front page displays” option.
3) Choose your new page as the “Front Page”.

You need to select the “Main Navigation” and save your menu on Apperance -> Menus

Hi There – I have posted 3 questions on your wordpress support forum. IS that the better place to leave them or is it here?

Here was one of them – I have uploaded a logo and specified a width in the admin panel. I have to questions on this…

1. There seems to be a 22px left padding and a 36px top padding around the logo – how to a change this?

2. How do I control the overall height of the menu since as I increase the logo Width in Admin Panel it changes my logo size AND increases the overall height of the menu itself ?

Ideally what I would like to do is make the logo centered but not have it only 35px high like your logo.

I figured it out. I had imported about 100 blog posts from an old site, and the featured images/audio/video embedded within the posts were not sitting well with the “Latest Posts” shortcode, since it was set to bring in “All” posts. None of the imported posts utilized the “Set Featured Image” section, so I had to manually move all the images. They also didn’t have the “Read More” divider in place, so the entire post was pulling into the shortcode.

But, you might want to edit the shortcode to crop/resize any images that are embedded directly into the post, because they were all showing up full size in the output, and also the text wasn’t automatically cropped to except. Had to fix that all manually on all posts. Works OK now. http://cotemedia.businesswebsitesnj.com/

This template is amazing! I am considering purchasing this for a client of mine. Would you mind answering a few questions?

1) Responsive > I love that the theme is responsive, but its not quite 100%. While viewing the demo site from an iPhone I noticed that the logo cuts off the call to action bar, team members look wonky, and some pages show up blank (e.g. Designare Admin Panel). Is this a known issue? Is there an ETA on a fix?

2) Designare Admin Panel > Is it possible to white label the admin panel? Also, is there a reason that the theme folder can not be renamed?

3) Social Icons > Is there a user friendly-ish process for adding a social icon that is not included in the theme?

The theme is amazing, quite possibly one of the best that I have ever seen on ThemeForest. I hope that I can use it soon!

1) Yes, we need to make some improvements on the responsive, we are currently working on a big update for our Architec theme, and after launch it, mindup is the next.

2) We don’t understand what you need in this question Yes for now you can’t change the theme folder name, but we are studing a solution for this.

3) The theme come with the following social icons: Facebook, twitter, forrst, stumble, flickr, linkedin, delicious, skype, digg, google+, vimeo, youtube, picasa, deviantart, behance, tumblr, viddler, instagram, myspace, blogger, zerply, wordpress, grooveshark, reddit, RSS, soundcloud and pinterest.

Hello again, just a quick question :

Our graphic /web designer has changed the font in the main menu in the beginning ,and now we would like to change it back to its original font (to the one in the sample theme). But we cannot find the font settings for the main menu. We have 5 pages in the menu but they are not all in one line, which is probably because the current font in the menu is too wide. It needs to be narrow like the one in your original theme sample so all our pages could fit in that one line. What is the original font in the menu and how do we change the current font back to the original? Could you please, advise on this matter?

Ok no problem

Please open the default.css file and on line 425 and change the font-family to font-family: Open Sans Condensed, Arial !important;

For the sub-MenuItens we use the Helvetica Neue and Arial. To change that to go to the superfish.css line 56 and change the font-family to font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial !important;

BUYER BEWARE This theme is nice looking and has some cool features, but it’s bloated and sloppy. There are wayyyy too many files, the files are not intuitively named or organized, and some features/shortcodes are broken right out of the box.

If you are planning to customize this theme for any purpose different from the demo site, you may run into a lot of issues finding the correct files to modify. There must be 3-to-5 times the number of files of any other theme I’ve purchased. The CSS is scattered across dozens of files in several folders.

Service has not been that great either – some of my questions have sat for a week without any help from the sellers. One question was never addressed – the sellers said they would take a look at it, but just left me hanging.

I bought this theme because I was happy with the features/design and I am still pretty happy with it – but I’ve spent more time trying to figure out the messy files than any other theme I’ve used before. And the fact that the service was lackluster adds to my frustration with this product. It feels like the sellers are either not interested in supporting this product anymore, or they are in over their heads.

Similar to what @baovo said above: BUYER BEWARE – this theme is not very well organized and/or optimized. Take a look at the <head> of the demo, there’s TONS of js and CSS files. Some of the shortcodes and options don’t work or are clunky.

It’s not fast, there are problems with the code and layout, and it’s been frustrating to make it look good. I’ve spent more time customizing this theme than if I were to code one myself. Anyways, it’s a valiant effort and looks good on the frontend, but once one starts to look at the code it starts getting very troublesome.

This theme all has sorts of errors. The shortcodes for the columns are inserted using html, making it difficult for clients to update, the team shortcode resulted in squashed images when used on iPhone. – 1 star.

Sorry for the time to answer your question but like we said on our support page we have been in the process of moving our installations into an other office, so we haven’t been able to take proper care of the support.

Depending on the resolution is perfectly normal that images are resized to conform with the resolution being screened.
