Hey fine? nice work!!!!!
Want to know if it possible to change in the temple all circles graphics in square
Pardon my english i’m french
It can be done but I’m afraid it’s not easy. Sorry
i check everyday for a wordpress version
I’m really sorry for letting you guys down, it’s taking a lot longer than initially expected but I promise you I’ll be on Bogdan’s case to launch the WP plugin as soon as possible. Please don’t lose faith just yet
Gorgeous, functional, dead easy to use and great manual. What more could you ask for! Thanks.
I’m always glad to read comments like yours. It made my day
I just wanted to keep you posted with some news. We made another small update, here are the changes:
- Added editable Contact Form success message
- Improved Contact Form responsiveness
- The page transition animation now plays nice when there's a lot of content on one or more pages.
Also the WordPress plugin version has been finished two days ago and it’s awaiting approval on CodeCanyon. If all goes well it should be up for sale today.
where is the ken burns slideshow? i bought this template just for that one.
Read the help file for information on how to enable the Ken Burns slideshow.
In the zip you downloaded there is a file named demo-2.html that provides a working example of this transition effect.
i mean i want those womens at the background. now ive got that nature thing. its also nice but i want those womens.
I’m sorry but we don’t have the license to redistribute those images. We can only legally use them in the demo.
This was mentioned in the Help file: http://www.premiothemes.com/help/minigo-html/#assets-used_images-video
If you wish to purchase them yourself, send us a private message and Octav will reply with the IDs of the images.
i send you one by email, thanx
Got it, sent you all the fotolia links so that you can purchase the images.
and where is the time located? so i can edit it to something else. peace
date is fixed. but its a pitty i cant get the ken burns slideshow
I replied to your other comment below. I’m glad you got it working.
something else m8,
adblock, ghostery and disconnect find to much trash. in what file i can edit this things? i want people who come to my site can be safe without these third party eyes. let me know
I don’t see anything blocked by Adblock in our demos. Perhaps they don’t like the content you added?
i see that its all google request. google sucks. but its ok for now
We’re using Google’s CDN servers to link to the jQuery library and Google Fonts for the .. font. That is all.
Hi! I purchased this theme and LOVE it! I’m just having a small issue, I added an image (620×340 PNG) and it works great on all browses I’ve tried (including iPad 3) but on my iPhone 3G ( I know, so old!) it seems like it’s doubling size so it wont fit on the screen. (also all regular items, like the logo and timer, are HUGE). Is it doubling res on iphones? And if it is, can I turn it off? Thanks!!!
Hello and thank you for your purchase. I’m glad you’re happy with it.
Can you please tell me which iOS version is installed on your phone so we can test it in our emulartor?
We try to test and support as many browsers as possible but some are just not used so much any more or are simply too buggy.
Nevertheless, we’ll test it and get back to you.. hopefully with a fix.
No problem – I have IOS 6.0.1. I know I should update LOL, but it’s good to know if this will work on there anyways in case others haven’t. Have an awesome day!!
I’m glad to announce that the WordPress Plugin version of MiniGO is approved and can be purchased here : MiniGO – Uber Minimal Flat Coming Soon WP Plugin.
I know it’s been a while in development, much more than we had expected, but I hope you’ll feel it was worth it. Please let us know what you think and if you have any suggestions.
hey premio, ive got a lot of things fixed.. like the trash adblock ghostery etc found on my site. only disconnect found some things 3 maximum. but that is ok. thanx for helping m8, though a friend of yours send my question towards you.
looking forward to your reply on that question.
peace from holland
No worries, thank you for purchasing MiniGO and the good review, we’ll get back to you tomorrow as it’s already 1AM here.
dont forget me m8
already fixed the blackscreen. its gone now and goes right to the counting page. just what i want
I’ve just purchased this wonderful theme.
But I think I’ve missed something about the mailing settings.
Neither the subscriptions are being uploaded to the MailChimp list (and yes, I’ve changed the API and List ID), nor any contact mails are coming. And of course I also changed the mail addresses in the config.php file.
Can you help me?
The site is on at “http://1fikirgrup.com” right now.
Thanks in advance.
There’s no good reason why they shouldn’t work.
The contact form doesn’t work through MailChimp, it just sends an email using standard PHP functions to the address you specified. Perhaps they get marked as spam?
Also, when testing MailChimp, make sure you use addresses that seem real and not something like email@example.com.
I’ll have another look at the code but no one else had this issue so far.
Thank you for your interest.
I’ve missed to turn MailChimp setting from false to true. I did it and it works fine now.
But the contact form issue is still on. And there’s nothing in the spam folder. You can see here a screenshot of my mailing configuration: http://i.hizliresim.com/xBv58G.png
Is there anything wrong?
Thanks and cheers,
Let’s try the following:
error_reporting(E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE);
Now refresh, fill and submit the form and PM me with the output, if any. I’m hoping for an error of some sort that I can fix for you.
It only says “success” on the page. But no mail has come. Very interesting situation.
Do PHP scripts that send email usually work on your server? Perhaps there’s a configuration problem.
Yes, it could be about that. I’m going to contact with my service provider. Thanks.
We solved it. Thanks for your warm interest. Good work! Also, it would be great if you could design and develop a one page parallax version of this theme. I would be the first buyer. Cheers.
I’m glad it all worked out and that it wasn’t our fault!
I’m not sure how the parallax effect would fit into this design. I’m guessing you mean parallax scrolling but there’s not much scrolling going on in MiniGO.
We are working on some other design concepts but there’s still work to be done before we can release anything.
I have e-mailed support with the exact issue but the wordpress plugin doesn’t appear to be working correctly. The plugin has been setup and activated however the homepage isn’t being replaced with the coming soon page. Please reply asap.
Make sure you visit the site while NOT logged in. The purpose of these plugins is to allow the admin to work on the site while visitors see the plugin.
Ah! That’s it! Thank you. Not a complaint but it would be worth putting that in the documentation for other users as that part wasn’t obvious. Cheers
Yes you are right we should document this as well. Sorry about that
Hi! I have 1 more question; is it possible to turn on the translucent background JUST for the contact page? It is very easy to turn on or off for the entire page, but I would like to enable it JUST on the “contact” section. Thanks!!
To achieve this leave that option off and add the following to the Custom CSS field:
Thanks a ton! You guys totally rock
I have 1 issue remaining. The contact form submit button just spins when clicked. The message comes through but it doesnt say message sent like in the demo. It just spins constantly.
Thank you, Mike
There’s an update waiting for approval by Code Canyon that fixes this issue as well. It didn’t affect too many users but fortunately we found it early.
Oh and please use the Comments section of the WP plugin for issues not related to the HTML version because it can get confusing for us if comments get mixed.
I’m guessing that this problem is also with the WP plugin? Sorry if I was wrong.
Apologies, yes this is related to the Wordpress plugin and thank you for the update.
Hi. Can you work on a website while having this plugin installed?
You wrote in the comment section of the HTML version of MiniGO but I’m guessing that you are talking about the WordPress plugin version.
Yes, you can. It’s actually the purpose of the plugin. Any logged in user will see the active theme while all other visitors see MiniGO.
This template is very nice !!!!!!
But, it is possible to move the countdown up when contact or about page is open ?
It’s not possible without significantly changing the code, animations etc.
Hello, Very nice template. I just had it ready in less than 3 hours…. The only thing is that I don´t receive the email from the first page (on top of the countdown), i do receive the emails from the contact page dough….
Here is the link…
3 hours? Perhaps we need to make it easier to set up! Did you have any difficulties?
The form you mentioned doesn’t send notification emails to you, it only adds them to your list of subscribers. Perhaps try the MailChimp option? They may have that feature. The basic account is free and sufficient for most purposes.
Thanks for your respons, well 3 hours is nothing thanks!
No, I am definitly having a problem with the entry email… keeps like “thinking” and doesn´t get send…. O.o http://nodocowork.com/
First of all, many thanks for purchasing our product!
I’m only mentioning this because I noticed you rated the file 4 stars for this reason (our first 4*) so I thought it would be helpful to let you we included this option as well.
All the best,
PS: I also tested the e-mail subscription form and it seems to work fine. Are you still having issues?
Hello again Tamara,
Which browser are you experiencing the problem in? The subscription form from your site worked for me.
Note that MailChimp rejects emails such as firstname.lastname@example.org and other not-real-looking addresses. The ‘forever thinking’ form could mean that MailChimp has rejected your input.
About the minified CSS, not only did we include the normal CSS file but also the SASS source files and Grunt setup that we used to minify, concatenate files etc. as can be seen in the help file File Structure section http://www.premiothemes.com/help/minigo-html/#file-structure
Hello Guys, I didn´t read about that min CSS but thanks for the explanation. I will definitly then change my super star rating On the other hand I talked with the guys of mail chimp. The form of the web I receive it perfectly, no problems with that but on the main page, for the email/newsletter integration I do receive the email register on mail chimp but the client is not able to receive the confirmation email. Mail chimp has replied to me and writes this: “It sounds like the API integration that you are using is using single opt-in as opposed to the double opt-in process. What this means is that the form is adding subscribers to the list without sending them a confirmation email first. When it comes to those subscriber notifications we’re only going to send confirmation emails if the double opt-in feature is turned on. Also, the only subscribe notification emails that will be sent are ones that are for double opt-in subscribers. So since this API integration is using single opt in it’s stopping both those confirmation emails, and subscribe notifications from going out.
The best course of action would be to reach out directly to your developer, or the developer of that integration in order to have that form use double opt-in as opposed to single, and that should fix everything up regarding those notifications.” I don´t know it this is possible as they write it…. Do you want to keep with with conversation by private mail?
Yes we did enable single opt-in to simplify the process. Single opt-in doesn’t require the subscriber to click a confirmation link in the confirmation email.
I guess I could add a configuration option to allow double opt-in for those who prefer it.
I’ll check with Octav tomorrow and possibly have an update up sometime tomorrow. I’ll let you know how this goes.
For now though you can open mailListHandler.php and find the line that says 'double_optin' => false,. Set this to true: 'double_optin' => true,.
'double_optin' => false,
'double_optin' => true,
Speaking of which, there’s also the 'send_welcome' => false, flag that (when set to true) I’m guessing sends a welcome email even though single opt-in is enabled.
'send_welcome' => false,
Thenk you so mucho Bogdan, It worked perfectly =)
I am getting emails from the contact form, but not from the box under the countdown, or from the contact page link beside the address.
Nice template though. Easy to customize.
The link should be handled by the default email client set in your browser or OS. It’s a standard mail link, no fancy stuff here.
An email link looks like this: mailto:email@example.com
Everything works fine now. Hmmm. Didn’t change a thing…
Thank you for the prompt response and keep up the good work!
Oh, and the MailChimp function worked great!
