Hello, great theme, but i have issues with localization. I need Russian language on my site. So, where can i switch language? Or what languages does it support?

Hello and thank you.

Download POEDIT ( http://www.poedit.net/download.php ) and run it. In application menu click ‘File’ -> ‘Create catalog from POT file’ and open file from /minimalisto/languages/minimalisto.pot

Set options in opened windows and click on all words and sentences and at bottom enter your translation. Save file with your localization. For example for Russian locallization need to be ru_RU for *.mo and *.po files. Upload these 2 files into folder /minimalisto/languages/minimalisto.pot

Not in Minimalisto admin panel but when you are creating or editing the post. Do this for every post in your Posts section.

Hi, I’m having some trouble with the toggle shortcode.

1. The toggle works, but the title disappears when you click on it. 2. I set the second toggle on that page to display content by default (active=”true”) but that doesn’t work either.

Hi,

This is an example of toggle shortcode:

You forgot to include option title_hide=”“ with title. If you want to use the same title on open and close then use the same title as for title_active.

Please send the full shortcode source, here in comments or via our Profile page and I will verify.

Try to remove all double quotes from the shortcode and to add them from your keyboard. I think that the browser changed them and the WordPress do not understand this code.

I see that people who give comments on posts are not linked in any way. I know that filling this information (Website URL ) is mandatory to commenters but is it possible to activate a link on their ID or USERNAME when it’s available?

I think that this is question to the Envato. Sometimes is necessary the Website URL to see the result and to check the code in browser source.

I mean, even though a commenter enters a URL when leaving a comment, his username in the comments area will never be shown as an active link when using the Minimalisto theme. I’m not sure what you mean when you write: ”...this is question to the Envato”. I’m not sure why Envato has something to do with this Minimalisto theme I downloaded.

Thank you for details. Now I understand what do you need.

Open the file from main them folder: functions.php
Find the function name get_comment_author() and replace with comment_author_link()

Download the updated theme from ThemeForest ‘Downloads’ section. Upload the theme via FTP or via ‘Appearance’ > ‘Themes’ > ‘Install’.

You can display only video instead the slider – static video.

In Minimalisto Options > Homepage enable the option Play Video instead the slider and add Video URL like in this example: http://d.pr/oZnI

Hello, very nice theme! On thing however… when writing a post and either adding bullet points or a numbered list withing the post, once published these lists are not formatted correctly. There are no bullet points or numbers. It appears you have not allowed for this in the CSS .

Can you rectify this?

Hi AtiX,

I recently purchased this theme, and I must say that I am impressed with the design.

I am currently adding my content and facing some issues:

1. I have a few works that I want to add to the portfolio. The works are a mix of video’s and PDF files. I am having trouble in getting the video’s to appear in the page. (I followed the instructions from the index file) I am also not able to get the slider to work in the portfolio page.

I have PDF files (which I converted in individual Jepg’s) and I want them to be in a slider format as shown in your live demo. Can you help me with these.

I have a few video’s on Vimeo and I am not able to see them on the page, like I had them on my earlier template. http://www.virajpatwardhan.com/portfolios/veneer/

I am not sure how I should send the page to you. I have yet not published the website and so you wont be bale to see it.

Great Theme. I really like it.

Do I have to select or set something up in my twitter account to make it work with your widget? I’ve checked the source and then cut and paste your code in and yours seems to work but mine doesn’t so I assume it’s on my twitter account end. I’ve tried for a couple of hours and realize it might be super obvious but cannot figure it out. I cannot see the tree because the forest is in the way. ;-)
