Hi, we have not checked any ecommerce solution on this.

I have seen some users having woocommerce but I can not tell you if they had to get customisation to do this.

Yes you can do this easily.

At present it set to not play automatically

If you go to the admin area, go to the editor and find single-ublminxportfolio.php

Click on it.

Now find the following line: 185

You will see this:

auto : false,

Change to the following:

auto : true,

That should do it for you.

Hi, we did not ever receive an email, we asked for an email regarding this but again never received anything.

Our support is good, we can not help if your email is not getting to us.

Maybe your email has been blocked by spam filters but we have never received an email from you.

We cant support when we are not getting the information needed.

There is nothing in my spam folder. I changed my log in credentials two days ago when i posted the last comment as it didnt appear you were responding. the only communication i have from you is from the support forum yesterday that said that my login credentials didnt work and that came in yesterday at 4:01 pm.
