I am having problems with the installation. When i upload the zip it gives me an error

It goes all the way to 100% and then it gives me that error
Hi, Thanks for purchsing Mj Simple. This issue can be from server or due to slow speed. You may want to unzip folder and then upload quickstart or theme using FTP
Is it possible to show modules in menu positions like in mega menu or have multi column menus?
Thanks for purchasing mj simple. We have not implemented multi column feature in menu.
