Hi, Do you plan to optimise for Windows mobile and Outlook 2013 any time soon? Thank you, Ellina
Hi Ellina,
Thanks for purchasing Mobilized-1.
It should be optimised for both Windows mobile (versions 7.5 and above) and Outlook 2013. Have you encountered some rendering problem?
Contact me through my profile page for any support-related inquiries, so that I could immediately help you with it. Thanks again.
Regards, sporkweb
Thank you, will do. I optimised my email template for Windows 7, there are hacks similar to IE. Outlook 2013 is mostly fine but renders with some black vertical lines and misalignment. Nothing too dramatic but layout does fall apart in couple places.
OK, I’ll take a look at it and include possible fixes in the next update. Thank you so much.
Hey TractionD,
I’m done with some updates to the files, and now the templates and modules look as awesome as it should in Outlook 2013. Check out some of the screenshots I made:
Layout01
Layout04
Layout06
All the newly-updated modules and templates reflect these modifications to the code, so you can be sure everything will look great inside Outlook 2013.
As for Windows Phone 7, I can’t find a good enough reason to work out hacks for a mobile OS that, (1) doesn’t support media queries from the start, and (2) has a very low market share (at only 0.14%!).
Maybe if you can figure out the hacks you’ve implemented before, you can share them to me and I’ll incorporate them even in my future email templates; this might prove useful to you especially if you know that you have a sizable amount of clients who use Windows Phone 7 and below.
SOLVED…All good now!
Thanks SandalekG! Which email clients were you able to test the Mobilized-1 templates on?
Just curious if this works with Constant Contacts or Mail Chimps WYSIWYG editor tool? Work for a non-profit and love the looks of the template but need it to have a quick turn around time for our weekly updates to members/volunteers.
Hi wurzy05,
I’m glad that you love the looks of the Mobilized templates, and thanks for your interest.
I’m on the final stages of an update for Mobilized-1, and with it you’ll be able to fully edit the templates/modules inside Constant Contact’s or MailChimp’s WYSIWYG editor tool. (Currently, you can only do that using a text editor.)
At any point in time though, I could create a set of fully-editable templates or modules for you, if you ask for it. A few have downloaded Mobilized, and then messaged me through my profile page about wanting a fully-customizable template. I sent them what they wanted, and were satisfied with it to say the least (just check out Mobilized’s comments section for some examples).
Of course, you can wait for the update, which I should be able to upload within the week.
In any case, what you want is easy to do and fully available, although if you need it now I will have to send it to you through email (once you’ve downloaded the Mobilized templates of course).
So just let me know whichever route you prefer, and thanks again.
Dear SporkWeb,
I don’t think I’ve ever given a testimonial on Envato, but I had to stop by and say that you are a ROCK STAR here on ThemeForest!
I predict great success for you … now and for many years to come.
Sincerely, Sheila Martin
Thank you, Shiela! I can never thank you enough for the kindest words I’ve ever received here on TF. I feel very much flattered.
Rest assured that all of my efforts are directed towards giving you (the buyers) the best deal that you could have, even if it takes me a lot of time to release a template.
And as long as that template is as perfect as I can make it to be (along with a top-notch support that goes out of its way to find solutions), in there I’ll find my happiness and satisfaction.
So thanks again, and I hope you find much success in your campaigns with the help of my email templates.
Hi sporkweb.. I just want to say thank you for making Mobilized modular (and for the module files that came with it). I’ve tried the other responsive email templates here in ThemeForest, but with them I’m so limited with the default layouts they’ve provided.
With Mobilized I was able to tweak some elements (remove those I didn’t want and insert content I wanted) easily, as the module files came in handy in providing me with the structure I could conveniently copy and paste. So, thanks for that, and for your assistance too. My rating: 5/5.

Thank you too, Christine! No problem, just part of my work. Regards.
I have downloaded tons of themes on Themeforest and this is one of the best. If you need a robust, multi-purpose email theme that works on mobile, this is great value. I am using it in in Mailchimp and it works like a charm.
Plus, excellent support. I had a question and it was answered superfast.
Highly Recommended. Thanks Sporkweb!
Thanks too fdworks for the kind words!
Thanks a lot for the perfect and prompt service around weeks. Brilliant support
No problem, gamigo. Anytime you come across any issue or question while modifying the templates, please don’t hesitate to ask me.
Hello, i’m trying to add one template to aweber but appears a error message saying:
“Your email layout is missing <aw:body>, which is a required element”
what can i do?
Thank you
Hi vmaia,
Thanks for purchasing Mobilized-1.
I’m not sure if that message appeared while you’re trying to use one of the Mobilized templates inside your email service provider.
So please send me a message on the contact form in my profile page so that we could talk about your issue in more detail.
Thanks.
Hi vmaia,
Apologies, I misread your first message. So you were using AWeber when you encountered the message.
I suggest you use the option to paste HTML code in AWeber. I’m pretty sure this would work—here’s a screenshot of a test I did recently inside AWeber.
With this option though, you’ll need to edit the content and images of the template you’re modifying with a text editor first. If you need help with that, just contact me through my profile page, and I’ll make sure we get the job done in no time.
Thanks again.
with your template, can i send one email template to all my subscribers and it render properly across all devices? include android without media query support? Thanks
Hi Croberts4727,
If a mobile device doesn’t support media queries, it will display the default desktop layout (with a width of 600px). Otherwise, the mobile devices should be able to display the 480px and 320px width layouts, depending on the size of its screen.
Hi. Has this template been tested on android 4.2 (Jelly bean)? Thanks
Chris
Hi Chris,
Thanks for your interest in Mobilized-1.
If you look at Mobilized-1’s demo page, you’ll see that there are preview screenshots for Android 4.0.
This is pretty much what you’ll see with Android 4.2, as Android has been supporting media queries since version 2.2.
Hi, I have purchased the template, can you tell me if it comes with the ability to add and delete the number of articles in an email?
Thanks
Hi edmeadesa,
Yes you can! and thanks for purchasing Mobilized-1.
Are you going to use it in MailChimp or Campaign Monitor? Or will you be editing it locally using a text editor?
If you’re just editing it locally, you just have to copy and paste (or delete) the article modules in the template you’ve chosen.
If you’re using the MailChimp or Campaign Monitor files, a few modifications to the code might be in order, so let me know ASAP so that I could make the changes for you.
Cheers,
sporkweb
Hi, Using it in Mailchimp
We have the template already plugged in and work carried out, can it be updated easily?
Yes.. all the text and images should be editable inside MailChimp, as long as you’re using the MailChimp files (both modules and layouts).
If you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact me immediately and I’ll be happy to help you out.
OK thanks, please let me know when the adjustments have been made and how I get the updated files. THanks
Do you have an ETA on the amended files please?
Actually, the MailChimp files should be working as expected, I’m just not sure if you need some additional functionality (depends on what you want to accomplish). So I suggest that you test them; and if you’re already satisfied with them, then you can use them as is.
However, if you’d like to have more with what you already got in there, just let me know, and I’ll see if MailChimp has provided the template tags for that specific functionality. I’ll then modify the MailChimp files, and give you an updated version of the files ASAP.
Hi,
My ESET NOD32 detect “HTML/Iframe.B.Gen” in live preview (http://themeforest.net/item/mobilizedi-responsive-modular-email-templates/full_screen_preview/3703583)
Hi StanWanderer,
Thanks for informing me.
This is probably a false positive result. Still, I’ve reported the matter to my web host.
Rest assured though that I’ve scanned all my local demo files with AVG, got a “no threats found” result, and re-uploaded them to my live previews server.
I’m just now waiting for the findings of my web host.
Thanks again.
Everything is good today. Thanks
Yes, that’s because I transferred the previews to a different domain and webhost.
Thanks again, Stan.
Hi. Just working on layout and wondering if you can offer me some help. If I want to add an article, but don’t want it to consume too much space at first glance, can a “read more” be added, so that it drops down full article?
Thanks so much.
Love your work! Sarah
Thanks Sarah! Please send me a message at sporkweb @ gmail dot com so that we could talk about your issue in more detail, and exchange files easily if necessary. Cheers…
