Hey @ddpv – no worries – it’s actually explained in the installation manual on how to show the button / contact us – “Widget Time” page 5 – see the code for the text box where I provide the code and ask you to change the URL to your own.

As for headers – you will need to change these in the css file – look for the headers h1 etc and change the settings there – make sure you change all h1 h2 etc – other than that you can use a cufon plugin for wordpress (wp-cufon – is awesome) – there you can upload a single font and then target every heading style in one go – no need to edit the style sheets if not comfortable – it would really be a super easy way – otherwise crack open the css files – hunt for the heading classes and change – hope that helps!

I actually did enter that code as it shows on page 5 but it just leaves me with the words contact me and available but not the pictures… not sure why…

I’m wondering if you could check www.thedrunkendonkey.com/wordpress and tell me what is going on with the color in the bottom section of the pages, it’s not fading out how it should be. Did I change something mistakenly??

Are you using the first version of the theme? Without the blog additions? There were some fixes but it’s a little complex to let you know what they all are – that is why the bottom doesn’t stretch all the way down.

Do me a favor though please – can you use the form on my profile page to contact me – these threaded comments here on the site are terrible – I can’t reply properly etc – if you have any more questions – thanks so much!!

Actually – for some reason the image you have for the footer area is from the first version not the latest?? The latest one has the gradient to stop this happening – unless you altered some code which broke something.

Not sure I fully understand your question – the loading of images depends on the speed of your server, number of people viewing that page, your internet connection and how much you optimize your images, plus if you use PNG or JPEG – that’s kinda too many factors and depends on the user. The slider accepts 5 images from admin panel as described in the videos and the manual – thanks

Seriously 5000 pictures in a slider – I don’t recommend ANY template for that – use flickr.

Rather than try and get a template to fit it sounds like you want a custom solution – I would recommend that.

Also bandwidth and unlimited views has nothing to do with it – trying to load 5000 pictures in to a slider will cause anything to crash – that’s why we have places such as flickr and picaso – best to host your entire collection there – this is meant as a place to highlight your best work, not your entire hard drive full of images. As for timing that is set in the javascript – you can make it faster but why? Then it’s too fast for people to appreciate gorgeous images!?

As I already said – 5 images on slider – we have galleries for larger amounts of pics in the portfolio section – but again I do not recommend putting anywhere near that amount of images in any site.

Maybe best to look for another solution mate.

It should work right out of the box if you have php5 running on your server (which you should – if not contact your host and ask them to switch you over – they shouldn’t be running php4 anyways) – if that’s not the case make sure you uploaded everything and set your admin email address in Wordpress – finally if nothing still works check with your host that phpmailer is running correctly – another couple of buyers had issues and found that the phpmailer on the server wasn’t either installed / switched on or working / configured correctly – contacting the host fixed their issues.

If nothing else, contact me via my contact form on my profile page – we’ll get it working

Hi again – I can’t really help you because all the script does is call on the provided mailer script you have – if your host does not have the standard phpmailer setup then it’s their job – not mine or yours – there is nothing fancy or elaborate about what the script does and therefore your host needs to provide support – also I don’t read Portuguese unfortunately so I’m stuck there also – it;s the responsibility of your host to offer script support I’m afraid – contact them again – show them your page and where the mailer.php file is and tell them to get it to work – if they can’t then you may want to look at at host that provides proper support and a properly configured php install.

The error is caused due to your host not running php5 which they should be (php 4 was discontinued some time ago) the cleaner gallery plugin requires this (and you should to for security) – simply contact your host and ask them to switch you over to php5 – or there may be a place in your hosting control panel to switch over to php 5

Hi, you only link to pages as per the drop down – the only other way to do this would be for me to remove the pre-populated drop down and offer a simple text entry so that you can link to anywhere – even off-site – I may do that in the next release but not sure as it may make things harder for less experienced users – I dunno… have to think about that one

As for the category page – there is no specific category page – just delete the category.php it will automatically use the blog template then.

I’ll fix this in the next update.

btw, I think that including categories might not be a bad idea (advanced user or not), as easy as it is to install this one and with the videos provided to aid that I’m sure a quick video on that will help any beginners figure it out…

not sure – they are done via wordpress plus opera on linux isn’t exactly on the top list of browsers – I would check on the wordpress forums why you have this issue – as I said wordpress built in thumbnailer creates those so it may be a core issue possibly.

Thanks for the report – I am releasing a new version in the next few days and will hunt this out and fix – will also fix a few other small issues that have been reported by a few buyers.

You can simply replace the default logo for a quick fix by uploading directly to your server – replace:

/wp-content/themes/mb3_dark/img/logo.png

Make sure you replace with a png file – same name – then it can’t try and use the default. If you do that the home and inner pages all use that same image.

As I said it will be fixed in a few days with the new release. Thanks for reporting it!

I have updated the download files – waiting for review – it’s a simple fix and anyone who needs to know what to do to make the fixes I will place the directions in the FAQ of this item once I know that the new download files are available from the reviewers. You will just need to remove 1 file and replace a few css style sheets for IE only – nice and easy

Like I said ONCE I know they are through the queue I will post here and put directions on the FAQ section so you don’t need to do an entire re-install of the theme.

Hi and thanks for the question: I will post a nice big message on the item description once the new version has been reviewed and available – you can then go to your purchases and simply re-download – nice and easy. The fixes are simple and will not destroy anything you may of already created and will provide update instructions for those who don’t want to do a re-install – I’ll post those in the FAQ section for everyone telling you what to do – again I’ll mention this with my message so you know it’s available.

You will need to replace the current lavalamp menu system with one that supports drop downs and do a little work – other users have done this though so yes it’s totally possible but if you are not comfortable with JS / CSS etc then I suggest hiring someone to do it for you – shouldn’t cost much if you need it and I can provide recommendations (I can’t do it because I’m swamped with work sorry)

Hi – yes you can post images as many as you want in a post – the full size I am not sure I understand – you have a space of 600px (from memory) for the main blog content area so yes you can fill the entire area and as many as you want.

If you want to place the blog under the slider that will involve some serious work however as the home is a different template to the blog (obviously) – but it’s wordpress and most things are possible – just depends on how good you are at customizing – you can always hire someone to work on this for you however.

As for a password protected gallery – not sure – maybe there is a plugin? I’m not a heavy wordpress user so I’m not sure – but I would of thought so – thanks!
