Hey do you guys have a pdf walk through for word press 3.5.1??? I think mine installed into 3.5.1 automatically, I cant figure out how to get the menu titles into the menu bar, they are up at the top like floating text. And I cant figure out how to get the accordion menu to work. In the walkthrough that comes with the site, it has directions that cant exactly apply to the 3.5.1 version. Thanks

In regards to the second question. The menu section and Accordion section you will find in MElegance CMS part. To configure menu you go to section MElegance > Menu, and to configure Accordion you go to section MElegance > Accordion Slider. You also need to select Accordion slider in section Prestige > General for option “Choose homepage slider”.

But first take a look on section 2.1 in PDF User Guide. Make sure you have a page with “Homepage” template created and set it as “A Static Page: Front Page” in Settings > Reading.

Actually the theme is compatible with WP 3.5.1 but we will change the notification for this right after the next update – the next small version update should be available soon. For current version, in regards to WP 3.5.1, one small fix is needed only for Lightbulb feature that is available in the theme. But, we already have this fix ready and it will be included in this update. We can also send you this simple fix right away on email after purchase if you need to use Lightbulb option now and don’t want to wait for the updated version.

Yes, if you purchase any theme here on Theme Forest, you have access to all the next updates (versions of the same product). You can always download again the purchased theme from your account for free and update the files.

For each separate WP installation you need to purchase a new regular licence. You will see the details about licences next to the Purchase button. But, if you need any more details about this or you are not sure about how the licences work in your case, you can also contact Theme Forest support stuff about this topic.

You will find an instruction how to setup the theme and start working in PDF file User Guide included with the theme. I can also send you a sample file with the content on email for Modern Elegance, however it will not setup all the theme settings like in the Live Preview – this part you need to do on your own in the MElegance admin area.

The User Guide should help you with the start process, but if you would have any questions or problems with reproducing some part of the live preview, let us know and I should be able to help you or give you some tips regarding the needed section.

Yes, this should be possible with some simple modification in common.css file located in “css” folder. First search for “navigation-wrapper” text and add new property:

text-align:center;

for this ID element:

#navigation-wrapper

Then, search for ”.sf-menu” class in the same file and remove these 3 properties:

position: absolute;
right: 0px;
top: 0px;

and add these two new properties:

display: inline-block;
text-align: left;

And I think that’s all.

Hello, no, this don’t have to be included. It looks like you need to change some settings on your server. First you can check in Settings > Permalinks if you have index.php in all options. If yes, you will have to change some settings probably in htaccess file on server, but you can also contact your host about this and they should be able to help.

If you ask about homepage Chain Slider, you can set the size for the slider in section MElegance > Chain Slider. I am not sure about your question. If you will set this size for the slider, all the images will be cut to this size (all the bigger images). You can also upload all the images in this size (aspect ratio) to the NGG gallery if you don’t want to cut the images by the slider size.

Maybe you can describe this a bit more if I am missing something or send us an access to your WP admin with this additional explanation (via email using contact form in our Theme Forest profile).
