This is a great template. Can you describe how you see the Sign-Up feature functioning? Doesn’t appear to be any additional programming for that feature?
You could use it to log into a backend or some sort of members area. This is completely up to you to dream up and code.
Good template, but the site needs a jQuery video player like Flowplayer, that can be played on the home page and on each listing page.

Does the WP version use lightbox for the listing property images to show more than one image.
