Is it possible to use the “shop page” without the buying features, I’d like to use it as a portfolio page with the left-sided menu to filter the elements.

Hi,

I’m not entirely sure what you’re wanting to do. You could hide the buy buttons and disable cart functionality but combining features from the portfolio with the shop would require quite a bit of customisation.

No, don’t worry about this. WooCommerce updates its plugin quite regularly which means template versions quickly become “out of date”. There was nothing breaking in recent updates. We’ll be providing an update very shortly with updated version numbers which will cause that notice to go away.

We’ve just used those widgets as examples. You can use whichever widgets you like in your footer, there’s dozens to choose from including being able to use arbitrary code so you can literally do anything you want with the footer.

I don’t understand why I just did the upload and don’t see any skin options, my whole entire site is blank, I had a hard time even uploading it let alone getting support. I built an entire free woocommerce theme and had no problems now I pay for this one and my site looks like crap, I can’t get any help, The download still does NOT appear to be set up properly? Please advise or tell me how I can return.

I don’t understand how you can say you had a hard time getting support? I replied to your emails within hours of receiving them, including on a weekend which is out of office hours.

The last email I sent to you included detailed instructions explaining which ZIP was the correct one to upload, to which you replied that you’d try my suggestion later and never came back to me. Your next step has been to write publicly on ThemeForest about how you’ve had a hard time getting support and “I can’t get any help” which simply isn’t true, as well you know.

Mommerce has made 325 sales to date, there is nothing wrong with the ZIP, or you’d have seen many others complaining about it and it wouldn’t be rated 4.5/5 (16 ratings). Rather than misplacing blame, I’d suggest you get back in touch with us and we’ll once again work with you to resolve your issue, feel free to send FTP details and I’ll even install it myself as a gesture of good will.

Lastly, I’d like to point out that many authors, including ourselves, are running businesses which also operate on ThemeForest. Making false statements could potentially be very damaging to both sales and an authors reputation. We pride ourselves on our products and our support, we even provide a bespoke support solution to make the experience as smooth as we can, that’s how much we care about support. I’d just ask that you remain calm and think twice before posting, we always work with every customer to resolve any issues, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

I’d simply like my credit card refunded. I have deactivated anything that I attempted with this very new and poorly written theme. The support has been inadequate and to the fact that rather than attempting to “help” me, you use this feed as a PR opp for your poor support. Unbelievable.

I’m sorry that you feel that way. I did provide you detailed instructions on the ZIP and how to upload. I also offered above to install it for you, free of charge, as a gesture of good will. I’m not sure how you perceive that as not attempting to help you.

There is no such thing as returns on Envato marketplaces. You’ve received a digital item. It’s worth pointing out at this stage that you’ve purchased a license to a digital product and that Envato do not require authors to provide support, it’s common practice on ThemeForest but only because of the good will of authors, it’s certainly not something we’re required to do.

Again, I’m still more than happy to install it for you if you email us with FTP details as you’re clearly having difficulty. If you don’t send us those details and you won’t reply to the suggestions I gave you, I’m not sure what else we can do to help. We would like to help you resolve the issues though, we don’t want even a single unhappy customer and I can assure you that our theme is very well written, we just need to get you installed so that you can see that. =)

Hi, EsKiLabs. Good afternoon. We are trying to install the theme Mill Blush we recently purchased and not the logo icon appears on the home page us. In addition, the size of the banner space is too high and fail to configure. In the debugger css “disable logo” appears in the editor but we can not modify it. We need urgent help because we want to climb the web correctly. We also have problems with the slider on the home page. We want the web exactly as shown in the demo. How can we configure it as is? I’d recommend you to remove and reinstall a fresh copy of WordPress and Mommerce. Make sure it’s a fresh copy and don’t install any other themes or plugins, just Mommerce. Turn debugging on in your wp-config.php and make sure that PHP errors are set to display in your web server so that you’re seeing errors. Alternatively you could check log files.

As for setting it up like the demo, you should use the included XML files. Go to ‘Tools > Import’ in WP admin.

If you require further assistance, please post on our support forum along with as much detail as possible and a link to the website in question. To avoid further delay, also send WP admin and FTP access details to hello@eski.io with a link to your support request so that we can tie the two together and we’ll take a look.

Hello,

I am working on a client website using the Crimson layout. I am wondering how can I achieve this exact layout – http://www.eski.io/demo/mill-crimson/? I have uploaded the demo data and I see that Home 2 is the closest but the formatting in the back end is messy with both shortcodes and div tags. I am hoping that the formatting would be 100% shortcodes as its easy for the client to update.

Installation is covered in detail in our included documentation, you can also view the documentation online.

Simply upload the theme, activate it under ‘Appearance > Themes’ in WP admin, set permissions as described in the documentation and you’re set to go. Theme settings can be found under ‘Appearance > Theme Options’ and you can customize the look and feel under ‘Appearance > Customize’.

Have you created the default pages and set which pages are which under ‘Appearance > Theme Options’ ? You’ll need to create a page for search, portfolio and 404, and associate them.

Hi, I see the demo link, but I don’t see any navigation and cannot click to see any of the e-commerce pages:

Is this the correct link ? It looks great, but I need to see how the e-commerce pages will function, and how some of the screenshot previews look as a working demo… can you send an updated link ?

Hi,

That’s the correct URL and the page you see is the landing page showcasing the 9 skins. Unlike other themes, we don’t link to a demo because there’s 9 demos.

If you scroll down that page to the title ‘9 Unique Skins’, you’ll see the 9 skins as a grid, hover each one and a button appears which you can click to view each demo.

Let me know if things are still unclear and thanks for considering Mill (formerly Mommerce).
