I’d like before you buy your very wonderful theme to know some additional details:
- Is it possible to add sub ??categories? In fact, I want to use your theme in a udpate to the following site: http://www.passions-creatives.fr/ I would like to use the “Menu de galerie” into categories in WordPress.
- Is it possible to provide the IBAN to users as payment? http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_13616 The Blue Card will also be used of course.
- Shipping costs are added when? At the time of order? Can they be customized depending on the product?

Yes jigoshop should support IBAN . You can find more on their website: jigoshop.com
You can find more about jigoshop and the shipping options on their website: jigoshop.com – but yes the shipping price can be adjusted per product.

Yes all images can be adjusted if you are familiar with photoshop. The photoshop source files are included in this package.
Before I purchase….is it possible to have the Products displayed on the home page to give more of a store feel as opposed to a blog with a store?
Yes this can be achieved using the jigoshop widgets. Please submit a support ticket with your WP login details if you are having trouble figuring it out.

I can’t seem to find where you have documented the available shortcodes. It’s not in the documentation nor on your demo.
I see a dtbaker.shortcodes.php with some shortcodes in there, but it’d be nice to have a list of available shortcodes to use in the theme with the demo of the shortcode.

Might I suggest a change to your theme.
The fancy images with the right image template is great. I suggest you let viewers know that the size of the images for those should be 300×199px, then go into the style.css and add: to line 436 of the style.css (.fancy_picture_box_med > img)Then it works like a charm.

Why constantly shows that there is an update to the theme, when I go on automatic update, it displays an error? I have constant problems with Jigoshop plugin. Not showing add to cart.
Please ensure you are using the latest version of Jigoshop and Wordpress. If you are not getting an “add to cart” button it probably means your product does not have a “price”. Please give your product a price so people can add it to their cart.
I sent a ticket 5 days ago, no one responds to emails, my web shop is closed and losing money because of your slowness. If you can not hire someone to do support!
It seems that I have to pay and support for jigoshop!
Sorry the normal turn around time is 2 to 10 days. This is longer because we have been on christmas and new year holidays. Everyone should receive an email shortly regarding their support tickets.
Hi – gorgeous theme & illustrations. Just wondering if the Image Slider on the home page can be enlarged to fit the width & height of the header on the home page? ... so it replaces the static image currently there.

This is not an option in the theme. However if you find a 3rd party Image Slider plugin that supports widgets you could drag the “Image Slider” widget to the “Header Area” and hopefully configure it to fill the entire space.
