When you goto shopping cart page there is option to add coupon code.
i dont see any of it… the only page that have in this theme is checkout… there is no View Cart page… so please explain it… i’m getting tired now…
i think you should add the “view cart” button beside Checkout button…

in demo > update shopping cart (Edit quantity of products) is not working it shows only for delete option. when i click edit item it goes that product page istead of update shopping cart or if i want to change quantity there is some problem.

I’m still waiting for a response from a question I asked TWO WEEKS AGO. Just wondering how long you think is acceptable to make buyers wait for a response? Here are my questions again in case you have an inclination to do your job and support those who support you.
1. Please tell me how to turn off your Ajax add to cart
2. Also customer should have option to close static block on left side, it annoys some customers. How would I hide this option using CSS for iPad and mobile devices?
I have added these rules to CSS but they don’t seem to work.

I have had some problems installing the them. I am installing the theme on a per-exisitng store that works fine on the current theme. Despite following your instructions step-by-step to a tee I am still having issues:
- The menu does not display as it does on your site, only the top level navigation.
- Absolutely NONE of my products display.
- When selecting some sub categories I receive the error message.
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. i have spent hours Googling away tying to find solutions to the problems or help in understanding why it is happening with absolutely no joy. I have had to revert to my old design as I just could not get a homepage to work or products to display.

Hi Muppy,
We suggest you to install theme on fresh magento. It might have conflict with your old store files. Try uploading with fresh magento installation. It will work absolutely fine.

I can’t install it on a fresh Magento, I have been running the store for years and have many products, attributes, customers, sales history etc set-up. From what I understand if I install aMagento again I will loose all that???
It fails to mention anywhere in your product description (on tf) or in your documentation that it will only work on a fresh installation of Magento. Given I have already wasted 5hours trying to get it to work please could you offer some more help as a fresh install is not at all a possibility?

I managed to fix the problem with the menu myself it was actually a setting in the ADMIN area of Magento in case you wanted to add it to the instructors in the dashboard area:
SYSTEM>CONFIGURATION>Category Top Navigation>Max Depth Make sure it is set to either 2 or 3.
Another thing I cannot get to work is the price to change when using a drop down menu.
For example on your store (link below) when you select a t-shirt colour and size from the drop-down menu the PRICE changes accordingly:

Is there a setting for this, again nothing in your instructions.

Hi I still can’t get the Price to work on the product page for CONFIGURABLE PRODUCTS. You sent me screenshots for product Options.
However I am using Configurable Products, on the default theme this works but on Monchy it doesn’t.
Please could you advise a fix.
