No me deja instalar el tema, dice que le falta la hoja css

Hi,

please ensure you are uploading the un-zipped theme folder, not the entire package downloaded. If you upload the wrong file (the package) you will get an error stating “Error: missing style.css stylesheet.”.

For more information, read the guide (folder “help”), chapter 1. Getting Started.

Hi there.

I would like to change the header so that the logo would be on the right side and the navigation on the left. Is it possible to do that and how can i do this?

Thanks, Simon

Hi simonspring,

thanks for the purchase :)

You’ve to edit header.php, here you can find the logos and the menus. You simply have to reverse the positions.

Let us know :)

Hi simonspring,

thanks for your patience :)

you’ve to edit the header.php, here you can find the wp_nav_menu that render the menu into the header, then you’ll find the logo area (from line 62 to 70). You’ve to reverse the lines to re-order the header

Hi. Really like this theme (esp. homepage #1 config) & considering it for a project. Are there limitations to the content you can put into the homepage grid spaces? I’d like to end up with a masonry grid of different shaped boxes like you have, but with all types of content—instagram feed, latest tweet, blog post, photo, video, calendar, etc. And I’d like it to be arrangeable by category (shuffle boxes to conform.) Can I achieve that relatively easily with your theme or would that require heavy development & customization work? Thanks. Again, beautiful job on the theme.

Hi mgarthoff,

thanks for your interest :)

currently Mug supports the standard, video, gallery, quote and link post format.

I’m thinking of buying this. Looking at the demo, on my iPad, it shows the mobile menu. Is there a way to show the full menu by default on tablets?

themelovin

Hi pixelkinetic,

sure, you could change the media query to avoid the mobile menu to appear.

Hi

How can i set the order of the cycle-slideshow?

Example: http://themelovin.com/demo/mug/portfolio/solunite-ag-switzerland/

If it not possible by the wp-admin, tell me where i can set it on the code i will set it.

themelovin

Once you create the gallery, to change the order, add or delete images simply click again on “Add Media” and select “Uploaded to this post.” Here you can change the order of images with drag & drop, delete, or add new images to the gallery.

Hi Themelovin,

my Twitter widget doesn’t work anymore, it seems to be an issue with API v1 and v1.1. Can you please send me an updated widget for it to work?

Thanks

Hi Themelovin, my Twitter feed is still not showing up, is there any progress on this? Thanks.

Still thinking about buying this theme — can the blocks in the masonry home page be redundant to where they lead to? For example, I want to showcase the best images of my work, which means repeating some images for projects. Will I be able to do that?

Thank you!

themelovin

Hi pixelkinetic, each image is an individual item portfolio (specifically, the image is the featured image of the item portfolio). If you want to repeat the images you will need to repeat the item portfolio.

I hope I’ve answered your question.

I’m wondering if Mug can provide these features for a visual Blog:

1) Full-width Blog posts with multiple full-width photos and/or videos interspersed within the post.

2) Captions under photos and video clips

3) Ability to click on Blog photos to larger size

4) Way to display Blog posts in a grid format with thumbnail images of photos

Thank you!

Hi Luloo, thanks for your interest!

1. You can use full-width schortocode, http://themelovin.com/demo/mug/shortcodes/full-width-section/

2. It’s a regular feature of WordPress

3. It’s a regular feature of WordPress (Link to media file)

4. The grid layou it’s only for the Portfolio. You can see the available layouts for the blog in the our demo.

Hi

I’m interested in removing the transition effect from the portfolio items, or changing it to something less dynamic. How do I do that?

Thanks!

themelovin

Hi d29i,

you’ve to remove line from 166 to 172 from jquery.themelovin.js and line 288 (opacity: 0) from style.css

Hi again

I tried what you suggested and weirdly, it didn’t change a thing on the website. Any idea why that might be?

Thanks

Hi d29i,

please, could you send us your link?

Thanks

Hi, I’m just wondering if there’s a solution to concaymarzal’s problem yet? I’m having the same issue with the portfolio order: the order randomly reverses itself and generally behaves strangely when adding/reordering portfolio items.

themelovin

No. If you want to give us access to look if there is something strange.

I’m developing the site locally. I could invite you to a screen sharing session on TeamViewer or Skype?

themelovin

Most likely the problem is related to the local installation. Online, we assure you, there are no problems. :)
