Hi, I am using your theme for www.phuketwebmedia.com On mobile devices the titles of different pages, posts or portfolio items are not at all responsive – words get split so that the title make no sense. Do you have a solution for this? Thanks.

Hi krabiimaging,

on mobile there’s a word-break css style. You cancdelete it removing line 174 into /styles/responsive.css

Hi,

Thanks for replying. I have removed line 174 – still not working. You can view any page of www.phuketwebmedia.com on mobile and all header texts are breaking. Please advise.

Thank you

Hi krabiimaging,

checking your demo link seems that you correctly remove the word-break style. Please, could you send us a screen, your mobile phone name and a link of some page where we can check the issue?

Thanks

Hi, guys, using WordPress Importer 0.6.1, I tried importing the XML file, and this is what I got, none of them have Featured Images and background color on this page:

http://abstractstudios.com.np/index.php/portfolio/

Due to a wiped out database, I’m doing this from scratch with Mug again.

Hi sanjograi,

please, check your php log to see the errors reported. We tried it right now and all seems to work correctly.

Thanks

Hi, I have just migrated a site to my live server, and when testing have found that the portfolio seems to be missing some styling – as if the portfolio post type CSS or template files are missing… everything else is fine and I have safely migrated using Transmit and WP Migrate DB Pro – could you take a look please?

Many thanks,

Hi Instadesign,

please, try deactivating the installed plugin except for the Themelovin Portfolio and then test the site another time.

Hi, I’ve just tried that on my local testing environment and now nothing happens at all when I click the thumbs up icons (on portfolio or blog posts)

Hi Instadesign,

we check your site, do you edit some js file? The Like count is created by jquery.themelovin.js at line 300. It could be some js conflict; please check it.

As alternative you could hide the count (.thmlv-love-it-counter) using CSS.

Please, check the code, it’s surely a js conflict.

I’m having a really hard time trying to create Home #1. I’ve managed to create Home #3, but I still get a huge header above the images. I’m at a loss as to which widget I need to have in place to make this happen.

How on earth do I get this installed so that I can upload my own images and make it work the way the demo does?

Please help. Thanks!

Hi,

don’t worry, it’s much easier than you think! :) The Home #1 is simply the “Portfolio” template!

You need to first create a page using the “Portfolio” template. You can do this by going to Pages > Add New. You can give a name of your choice (in the demo we used “Portfolio”). Select the page template “Portfolio” and click “Publish”.

To learn more, read the help file, chapter 5. The Portfolio.

Hi themeloving,

Great Theme! I was wondering if there is a way of removing the stars in the headers? I’ve removed the tag in the php templates. But I think I’m missing something… because it hasn’t changed a thing?

Please help!

Thanks.

Sorry I meant to write tag… I’m thinking it could be to do with functions.php because I haven’t removed it from in here?

Hi rebeccaTVC,

you can find the stars into functions.php at lines 868 and 882.
