Awersome work ! i like this design and thinking about using this, but i didn’t see the calendar in this template? if i bought this, could you design an calendar with the same template style for me?

pixelish

Thank you for your comment. Yes, I think it’s possible to work something out in terms of the calendar. Where on the page do you see it going? And is there any particular style calendar you like more than others? Of course, the final design will conform to the template design, but if there’s any particular “look” you like, please let me know. Thanks again. :-)

This template – to put it at it’s mildest – is freaking awesome! I had only one little problem with it, but the support fixed it within one day. Love it, I recommend you to buy from Pixelish :)

Hi Guys,

Working with this template at the moment. Seems all fine in Internet Explorer 11 in a Dreamweaver preview. In using Chrome however, the parallax scrolling doesn’t operate correctly. Version 31.0.1650.57

Is there an easy fix?

sgoodwin

Thanks for the reply. It seems to be a problem only when viewing locally. Once deployed it works ok. On another note, is there an easy fix to make it work on iPhone in portrait. We made further work on the responsive.css to support it manually, but was wondering if there was a way to force the iPhone’s viewport to 480 wide in portrait, like there is with the Windows Phone? Looks better in 480. The only thing we couldn’t get right in the 320 was the client scroll area. Great template, well done. Very easy to work with. Good design.

Okay, let’s try this and see if it works for you:

If you take a look at the body selector in the main css file, you’ll see that it already has a min-width of a 480 pixels. So when you’re viewing the page on an iPhone in portrait mode, you’re already seeing it through a 480px wide viewport.

But, if you want to change the viewport specifically for iPhones anyway, follow these 2 steps:

-Create a new viewport meta tag under the previous one. You can write something like this:

<meta name="viewport" id="iphone-meta" content="">

-Then insert this JS/jQuery to control that meta tag only on iPhones:

if((navigator.userAgent.match(/iPhone/i)) || (navigator.userAgent.match(/iPod/i))) {
    $('#iphone-meta').attr('content', 'width=480, user-scalable=no');
}

You can change the width value to your desired one.

Hope this helps!

Great thanks, awesome, I’ll give that ago.

HI! Is the Wordpress version availeble? L

pixelish

Thanks for inquiring about it. There’s been a few challenges in getting the WP version out there, but hopefully it won’t be much longer. Sorry we can’t be more specific about the timing, but please stay tuned…it should be soon. :-)

Hi!

I bought this theme for a client who wants to remove all slides but one from the slider. The idea is that when it loads, it shows the initial animations but then stays there with no other change. How can this be achieved? I tried deleting the other slides’ content on the html file but the result was no animation at all (the text would not even appear).

thanks in advance.

Hi…and sorry it’s taken a few days to get back to you. We were going over the template, trying to figure this out and discovered a bug in the slider that we are in the process of fixing. As soon as we update the template, it will work for what you’re trying to do. So sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused….and watch for the update! We’ll notify you directly when it’s out. Thanks. :-)

Hi, I am trying to view the template in 1024 px screen width and scroll bars appear at the bottom. Do you support this resolution?

Default-user

P.S. Not related to the above: there is no gap between the pictures (columns) in the gallery, but when I go here in the preview of the template then the padding is OK. Any idea how to put the gap back on?

Edit: gap is OK in Latest Firefox and IE11 but is missing in latest Chrome

Sorry for the trouble you’re having. We’re working on the issue right now and should have a solution for you shortly. Meanwhile thanks for your patience.

Hi. I want to purchase this template, but I have a couple questions, to make sure I know how to edit it properly. 1. the animations in the HOME slider, how can I swap them out with my own images? 2. Can I replace “latest news” in the footer with a facebook feed? Thanks!!

pixelish

Hi and thanks for your interest. To answer your questions: 1) you will be able to use any images you’d like by simply replacing the image link in the appropriate area in the code. 2) I don’t see any reason why you couldn’t replace the Latest News section with a Facebook feed. It is, after all, a very similar function. Again, this is something that will need to be done in the code, but yes, it is do-able. Hope this helps! :-)

Hi! I would like to know how to change the slider to display only the first slide. I tried deleting the rest of the slides from the html file but then the first slide did not have any animations, the captions did not load at all, it just showed the image.

thanks in advance for the help

pixelish

Hi, and thanks for getting in touch. We will get back to you shortly with an answer to your question. Thanks again. :-)

Hi and sorry for the delay. There were some ‘glitches’ with getting the update submitted, but they have now been successfully resolved and the update should be out soon, which fixes the issue you are having with the slider. Thank you for your patience. :-)

Hello!, I would like to buy this theme, but I need to know if can we change the graphics of the slide show and left only the titles? or only use images whitout text?

Thank you. :)

Default-user

Sorry for that, I mean if can I change the animation of the text in the slide show whit wordpress?

pixelish

Sorry, but that won’t be possible as this is an HTML template, not a WordPress theme. There WILL be a WordPress version of this design out though…hopefully in the next few weeks.

Default-user

Oh ok, thanks for your help.

I’ve followed your outline but I am unable to get my tweets to show up on my website. As you can see here: http://koda.kodaweb.com/ I’m still in the building stage but this has stomped me. Also the slider loads really slow, is that my host or is there a problem with the template? If I can send you more info or if you need more please let me know.

Where is the WORDPRESS VERSION???!

pixelish

We TRIED to get the WP version out there, but the WP dev we used didn’t know what they were doing and it didn’t fly with TF. We haven’t given up on it, but so far we haven’t been able to find a WP dev who’s capable of producing TOP NOTCH work (the only kind we’re willing to accept)! If you know of any WP devs who might be interested in working with us, we would welcome any leads.

I am trying to set up the newsletter and twitter, I think I have the twitter set up but no tweets show on website. The newsletter I have no clue on how to direct it to my mailbox.If you would please assist me it would make my job easier. Website is at : http://koda.kodaweb.com/ Thank you IS THIS STILL MONITORED???? :(

pixelish

Just received this message from the developer:

“I couldn’t find any issues with the Twitter section. And I still can’t do anything about their problem. I need their FTP details to be able to help them so I can access their files and see what the problem is. Twitter functions are running on background, I can’t see them without an access to the FTP.

For the newsletter section; they need to code that part themselves, as it is a back-end process as well.”

If you will send along the appropriate FTP details the developer requires, he will look into it. Otherwise, I’m afraid there’s nothing we’re able to do to help you.

I am sorry about your loss ;( I can send the FTP address but I rather send it privately due to so many accounts on the host. Also about the newsletter php, am i to write it like the mail php? My email address is info@kodaweb.com please send me a email address to send information too thank you.

pixelish

Thanks for sending the FTP info. It was a big help and enabled us to successfully resolve the issue. We have just submitted an update to the template and it should be approved shortly….so please look for the updated files, which you will probably want to download.

This will resolve your Twitter issue. As for the newsletter issue….you will be able to see people’s inputs for newsletter emails in the root folder in a file named newsletter_emails.xml.

Once again, we are VERY sorry for the delays you have experienced with us getting back to you about these issues. We pride ourselves on providing excellent support….it’s just that ‘extenuating’ circumstances came to bear from a few different standpoints in this instance….some of which were circumstances beyond our control. This is no excuse. We just hope you understand and forgive us for being slow to respond due to these circumstances.

Wishing you success with your upcoming website….and please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
