I am trying to create an account at support site but it is not accepting my purchase code which I know is accurate I am copying and pasting from envato. I am looking for how I can change the shape of the Awesome Icon Class. I would prefer a circle rather than a diamond shape. Plus changing the icons does not work as expected.

Hi, i recently purchased the theme and when i try to activate Aqua Page Builder it gives the following error.

Hi,

it uses aqua page builder yes, and it’s drag and drop. You can import demo content and you will have exactly the same page, then just change info to yours. For soundcloud you would have to do some extra coding.

HI, please fix the following issues/bugs. already told author through support months ago (september), got just partial responses, and nothing helped.

was waiting for an update, but nothing. that’s why i’m writing here.

from orignal DEMO (http://www.mundus3.premiumcoding.com/), tried on Chrome and Safari:

1) the 3 “featured” areas in OUR SERVICES don’t align well when browser width is between 960/963 to 1180px, the third item goes on second row and all the texts aligns left (instead of centered as it should be).

2) the “Testimonial/Quotes Area” is not centered well, no space on left side, some space on right side.

3) “Recent News” when browser window width is set to smallest (so then, also on mobile), there’s a 10px margin on left and no margin on right, so yes it’s not centered, awful.

4) “Meet our team”, the description has no left margin/padding (within the team box) on browser resolution width below 1160px.

Hi, i have a couple of issues left while implementing all content and plugins. 1- testimonials not sliding i have 5 entries but shows just first one. 2- i’m using ninja kick slider and conflicts with breadcrumb is it possible to fix from css file by increasing z-index or something? 3- when i enabled jetpack portfolio theme’s portfolio link from menu disappeared and couldn’t bring it back. very interesting : ) thanks from now

I filled out a support ticket ten days ago #57152 I have yet to get a response nor is the problem fixed. When I click on the ticket for status it says it was deleted or solved. I have emailed you as well so you have record of the ticket but I posted here so others would see how fast you resolve an issue. Part of the contract of purchase is support and if you are not able to do that then you should not sell. My issues were not customization per se but what I deem to be bugs that should be fixed. However, I offer to pay for support if that is what it takes to get you to solve/close a ticket properly. If the problem is that you do not know how to fix or are unwilling to fix the problems than at least say that then people will know that this template is being sold as is with no support and the price should be reduced.

Fair warning to all that are evaluating this template. Do not purchase it if you think you may need support. I filled out my ticket on January 8th and got the canned auto response stating it was being sent to a programmer. Now this morning 14 days later his reply to my request for an update on status was that he has sent it to the programmer and those tasks are done within 36 hours yet again. I have purchased many items from TF and twice I have been burned once by Jelly Themes and now Premium Coding. I got a refund for Jelly Themes and I am considering doing the same and going with another theme for this project. I will let you know if Premium Coding redeems themselves and gets this fixed within these next 36 hours but somehow I doubt it. It is clear that support is not in their specialty.
