I already did that, as I clearly stated in my original comment. And I also gave you the codes already in the support ticket, which you responded to this morning as well, but there is still no plugin installed. Also, what about the outdated theme directions that come with the theme? They were last updated in MAY 2013. When will those be updated again to current WP tech? Thank you.

when did you send the support request. If I check by your username the last ticket dates back to August and ends with our support answering the builder works and you haven’t replied since. What is your current ticket id number? Also about the documentation, the theme didn’t change since (apart from fixes and updates for new woo and wordpress versions).
The products say “add to cart” but every other button says “add to basket” or “view basket”. How do I make it ALL “cart”. I dont want the word basket anywhere.

Hello! I’m looking to build an affiliate shopping website and I would like to purchase this theme. The only part I’m really interested in is the recent products section as I want to build a one page filterable shopping site. For instance, when you visit my site you’d see options like you do under the “Recent Products” section and you’d be able to filter all of the products on my site this way. In addition, once you selected a broad category like “dresses” you’d then be able to filter it further by color, brand and price.
I know this will take custom work so is this something you can do? Please advise.
I am getting an 500 internal server error from the last 2-3 days. Did some searching for faults and seems like its the Page Builder that is the culprit. I tried redownloading theme and the plugins but even when I try the newest version of the page builder, whenever I try to activate plugin I get a 500 internal server error.
