Hello,
I have updated all plugins and themes and for some reason when going through the cart on my website the “checkout” button is not showing up. I’m not code savvy so I’m not sure how to check if their is an error in the code or not. Do you have any advice?
This is a sport product so don’t be alarmed by the name of the website!

1) For some strange reason the “Checkout” button is displaying white text on white background and that makes it invisible. Try adding the following code to the Custom CSS field in the Theme Options panel:
2) The “Add to cart” button only appears on the single product detail page.

Hi, I’m afraid that the documentation isn’t available in French. In order to create a portfolio item with 15 images you need to create a portfolio item and then click on the “Add Media” button to add your images.
Regarding the full background issue, could you post a link to your site?

Thanks for the answer. But if what’s the difference between item and category ? Why add media ? You wrote in the documentation : create an item, and a category. I really don’t understand the Portfolio option but I have played around with it enough to kind of get what I am looking for. On my index page I wanted to display picture buttons that would link to my portfolio pages. I used the code you have on the demo [portfolio columns=”4” numberPosts=”12” /] but the rollover image that displays the category is also displaying the gallery information ([gallery ids=”596,579,573,575,572”]). How do I get rid of this text so it isn’t displayed but still link to my gallery page?
Also I wanted to add a footer menu, but the only options in the widgets or even building my own custom menu is for it to display vertically, how do I get a menu that goes horizontally?

Hi, in order for the customise the portfolio item excerpt you can edit the portfolio item and manually set the “Excerpt” field so that it overrides the automatically generated excerpt from the main content.
To add a menu to the footer bar (either left or right) you can add a “Custom Menu” widget to one of the 2 footer bar areas and to fix its styling add the following code to the Custom CSS field in the Theme Options panel:

I am having trouble uploading a cufon font. I went to the http://cufon.shoqolate.com/ and created a cufon file Trump_Gothic_West_400.font.js. Then went to fonts manager, cufon font settings, click upload, click ‘use this image’ as that is the only button to get that url in the add cufon box, then click ‘add to font list’ then save options. After doing this repeatedly, I then refresh the page on the mural skins manager fonts options and even used a new browser window (ie or chrome or ff) and it doesn’t show up in the list of available fonts. It shows cufon and it’s blank underneath. Am I doing something wrong here?

Hi there- Also, didn’t realize the medium slider is of a fixed height. How can I adjust it to fit our corporate images which are 710 wide (that part is fine) by 412 pixels high? I changed the custom-image-sizes.css to 412 high but it isn’t changing anything. Must be another file somewhere?
Hi Dan, to change the medium slider height you need to go to the “Image Sizes” admin panel and change the field there, manually changing the custom-image-sizes.css doesn’t work and isn’t a good idea since this file is generated every time you change something in the “Image Sizes” admin panel.

Oh one more thing…When I go to make a gallery it asks how many columns I want….It doesn’t seem to matter how many columns I choose it still is displayed as the default 5. I don’t like the white space when I don’t have enough work to display in multiples of five, how do I changes this? And I can’t seem to get the other detail page views to work like slider or large image, even though I am choosing the pull down menu on the portfolio item page. Any thoughts? Thanks so much!
Hi, I’m afraid that the theme limits the WP gallery usage to 5 columns. To get the other detail views you must select slider for example and then add images from inside the portfolio item edit page by clicking “Add Media” so that the images get attached to the post (the theme then automatically retrieves these images and displays them as you like).

How do I make the portfolio page a sortable one? Mine doesn’t seem to show the “browse: (followed by list of categories)” option as seen in the live preview!
Hi, edit your portfolio page and below the multi-checkbox field where you select which categories should be displayed in that portfolio page you’ll see a text field where you can set the number of portfolio items per page (pagination). Leave this text field blank and the sortable options should appear.

I contacted you 6 months ago and you asked me to wait until you find a solution to my problem. But time is running and haven’t heared from you for a while.
I have purchased yout theme with wpml multilingual plugin since it is in the ‘official supported themes’ list on the wpml website. This theme is marked as ‘declarde compatible b the author and not the wpml team’ though.
My problem is easy to explain but kind of hard to resolv. I’m waiting for 6 months now just to have someone talking with me and trying to help but nothing. I bought this theme so I would appreciate a bit of help.
My default language on the website is French. Everything is working fine, but when I switch to a non-default language such as english or spanish, I can only naviguate on the first page of the blog. Others pages are automatically redirecting me to the first one. It seems to be a rewritting side’s effect or something like this but I can’t figure out what it is.
I can give you full access on the blog, both admin panel and source code if you need, and I can give you my proffessionnal number so you can reach me easily and my meail address as it is a proffesional blog.
