Hi, maybe the best way is to set a global body background image in the Skins Manager “Backgrounds” tab. This way it’s always displayed and you can override it in individual posts if you like.

1) I’m afraid this type of customization isn’t easily made. One option is to try and find a plugin that adds this kind of functionality but the best option is to hire a freelancer versed on the WordPress API that can get the job done.

2) Could you be more specific about the hover effect? Maybe a link to the portfolio item will help.

Hi, edit your portfolio page and below the multi-checkbox field where you select the categories to display there’s a text field where you can set the number of portfolio items per page. Leave this field blank because paging prevents the “Browse” filters from working.

Thanks for the heads up. I searched around and found people reporting that it’s only Firefox 10 where the bug is seen but I’m seeing it in Safari 6.0.1 too. I also found what may be a workaround on this forum:

It’s the thing about using (window).load instead of (document).ready Not sure what it means or where to look to change it if it’ll work. BUt seems to make sense because I’m seeing the refresh arrow in the URL window every time the transition happens rather than all the images loading then cycling through them. Any thoughts? Maybe I’m off. THANKS ! - Don

it makes some sense since the (window).load runs when all images are loaded. Try editing the file /js/screen.js and replace this code on line 14:

jQuery(document).ready(function() {

With:

jQuery(window).load(function() {

Keep in mind that I don’t know if this will break any other parts of the theme’s script.

It enables you to sort the portfolio items as you want using a drag and drop interface.

Hi, the theme’s skin options are tailored to have the sub-header bar title and description aligned to the left. I don’t know if it will be possible to align them right, it depends on your particular site. Could you post a link to it so that I can take a look at the possibility of doing this?

Hi, the only option is to create several pages dividing the categories you want to display among them. Displaying parent/child category relationship on a single portfolio page isn’t possible I’m afraid.

Hi, download this file and extract it to the theme folder in /library/admin/ replacing the 2 files options-framework.php and options-interface.php.

Also, set the folder permissions to 755 and the file permissions to 644 (do this recursively for all theme files and folders).
