The shortcode is not the problem… Its seems tha Photo gallerys and videos its not working at all I almost tryed uploading the photos and linking to “media file” as you said … but its not working.. the album template dont show any photos and albuns… and the same problems for videos But when I click to preview some album .. it shows the photos of that particular album..
I want to add last albuns an last videos in home page!

I have installed the theme just fine…it would just be helpful to have a jump start guide to walk me through the basics of using all of the capabilities…it isn’t as intuitive (for me…a new user) as I thought it would be. I’ve been using your theme for quite a while and have already expressed how much I love it! I recently updated and love it even more! I appreciate that you took the time to implement these awesome new features (responsive design was #1 on my wish list!).
I’m just having a couple issues. I’ve embedded a video from YouTube on the Embed section of the header. However, the width of the video player automatically reverts to 960px, even when I’ve set the width in the embed code to 640px. Is there any way of fixing this?
Also, on the mobile versions of the site (tested on iPad & iPhone), the width and height of the embedded video seem to be reversed, so that the height is 960px. This causes the video to go all the way down my page, and breaks it. The navigation menu also does not appear on the mobile versions of the site, and the header background image gets cut off. It doesn’t seem to resize.

It seems that there is a security issue with your website.. My firewall block it.
The theme use fitvids plugin to make the video responsive. The dimension you set in your iframe code are used as proportion. You can increase/decrease the height value in your iframe code to see which value suit the most. In short, the height won’t be the number of pixel but only the proportion width/height

That’s very interesting, I fixed the security issue and google was supposed to remove the firewall blocking. It works everywhere for me. Do you mind me asking what browser you’re using? It might be a cache issue from the last time I posted a question here?
I’m having a similar issue with the video width on the desktop version as well. The width stays at 960px even when I have the embed code set to 640. Is there a setting I can change to fix this?
I’ve fixed the width of my video, thanks for the info. I’m still having problems with the mobile versions of the site. When I look at it with my iPhone and iPad, I can’t see the while page. When I scroll up and down nothing happens, and only half of the screen is visible.

Most of the time, the problem with WordPress and security isn’t going to be themes or plugins, it’s actually how you configure your WordPress install: - Keep your WP core up to date - Secure log in and password (never use “admin” as username or log in) - Changing Authentication Unique Keys and Salts in wp-config.php - Unique database prefixes (avoid “wp_”) - Use of permalink structure etc..
Also, a very secure database password is strongly recommended. Another thing: a lot of people will name their database “wordpress”, choose another database name.

I have, but it still does not work. There is no musicpro.zip file
You can upload the theme folder (musicpro folder) directly through FTP or you can compress it with winrar or another archiver as zip file and install it in the Wordpress admin.

I made a patch for the jplayer that allow you to enter an URL for your song instead of uploading a file. http://themes.brutaldesign.com/support/discussion/comment/580#Comment_580As shoutcast file/feed are not mp3, you will have the remove the extension verification from the script. (I can help you with that) So MAYBE it can do the trick.

On the WP template v3.1 I cannot see the option under Theme Options/ General to upload a Favicon. How can I upload it and replace the MusicPro one?
Also As an Administrator I cannot find a place to upload an Avatar for myself. I can see under the Users page the same MusicPro logo. Is there a way to modify it?

You have to replace the facivon.ico file in the musicpro folder and empty your borwser’s cache to see the modifications. (chack the doc for more details)
About the avatar, the theme uses gravatar (as Wordpress default) gravatar.com

First set up your menus : go in Appareance -> menus and create your menus. To set a drop down menu, just drag and drop your menu item in the menu admin panel, and shift it a little bit on the right under the item you want to be as parent. http://d.pr/i/qkJGI hope it will help

Do you have the latest version of the theme? The “shows” feature has been improved and is easier to use http://themes.brutaldesign.com/update-to-music-pro-3-0/Simply create a page with the “Shows” template, and add your show dates in the shows panel.

Hi, As the piecemaker slider is a flash object, we can’t hide the navigation bullet with CSS. Just checked the doc and there is no options to set the bullet nav to false.
