Hey there, 1 more quick question if you could… I set up my media page based on the videos and a lil bit of WP knowhow and it appears w/ a white box that says “Filter” in it that you can tell isnt supposed to be there. Any help would be widely appreciated as I love how youve got the gallery set up. Just wanna do the same.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add a Soundcloud icon to the social networking and Network tabs? Many musicians use Soundcloud so it would be neat! Also, a bandcamp icon in the social networking tab would be great. I love this widget you have, it is so clean and non-distracting, I think it can be used for more than strictly social networking websites. Cheers!

Ok sorry please disregard my earlier twitter post.
However… with the Home page “blog style”... how many posts is it set to default? Curious as to how far it will go before it either paginates or goes to the blog page.

Hey!
The “blog style” home page displays the number of posts set in your wordpress options (post per page). It is just a way to display the last posts but they won’t be paginated as in the blog section.

Jplayer question as well. Is there a file size limit? I have podcasts that average up to about 80 to 90 MB… will that be a problem? How about including some form of analytics or does someone know the best way for me to track that sort of stuff?

Hey,
The upload size limit depends on your server.
You can upload as many Mb as you want as you server allow you to do so.
You can increase you upload max size in your php.ini, if you have access to it.
Otherwise, contact your hoster for more infos.

Are you sure you installed the theme (musicpro.zip) and not the whole archive?
Plz follow the instructions in the doc. You can find a video tutorial about how to install the theme.

If you want to add a logo manually, you can do it in core/music_logos.php
Anyway, thx for the suggestion. A feature to add your own logos in the admin panel is a good idea for a future update.

On the bottom of the homepage on the demo there’s: LAST PHOTO SETS . Is there a way to use that effect and format for links rather than linking to the gallery. I would like to create site links using those same effects and format.

How do i create a drop down list for my pages?
Swear I’ve read all the doc… I either missed or misread the info on how to achieve the tabbed “Recent/Popular/Reviews” section displayed on the sample preview’s home page. I understand how to make the tabs, but I don’t understand what to put for “content” that allows the recent posts to display… what am I missing? Thanks!

Great theme, thank you! i have a couple of questions/thoughts:
1. the header: is there a way to change the size of the logo? something longer than 380×85, which is somewhat too small for my site. Also, even using the full length of 380, it tends to get cut off.
2. Is there a way to change the background of the Nivo slider to a custom background image? i’m currently trying Grunge/Nivo and it is that sort of dark, orange/black rock-like image, but i would like to put in my own image. Is there a way?
3. Can the font of the page links be changed?
4. Would love to be able to customize the music player a little more—like, adding art to it, or if it is a widget, to be able to give it a title/header. Buy links would be great too.

1. you can change the dimension of the logo in the style.css file at row 986 (#logo)
2.You can find nivo slider css in the file core/plugins/wp-BD-sliders/wp-BD-sliders-show.php start at row 136
3.You can’t change the pagination link font in the admin panel, but if you want to add a custom css style for the pagination, the css selector is ”.pagination”
4. You can find the jPlayer background in core/plugins/wp-BD-jPlayer/img/jplayer/ and you can modify it as you wish..

I do have some follow-up questions, i apologize:
1. NIVO : Unfortunately i’m no code wizard and i can’t figure out at all how to change the Nivo slider image. is there just a place i could upload a new image and it would fill in behind the slider? that’s kind of all i want to do. I did try to find the image you are using, but i could not locate it…..
2. PAGINATION : So, I can’t change the pagination link font? or, i can, using css? I don’t really have much css skill either but I’m willing to try…
3. PAGINATION , again: Sorry, another question about the pagination links: how do i implement a drop down menu? When i added a page that was the child of another page it just showed up as its own page link, not a drop-down. Is this not an option?
4. JPLAYER : way beyond my skills!
. This is an open-source player, right? can one simply add in another jplayer that had been modified (by someone much more skilled than me) or will that kill its functionality?

How do I remove breadcrumbs? I would like many of my pages in my main menu to display categories from the blog but I don’t want the “categories” to appear in the headline. Right now all those read categories: xyz
Is there any way to prevent this?
Also if there any way to make it so the entire blog post appears on the blog page and you don’t have to clip read more to go to the next page?
