I am very new to WordPress and I accidentally deleted some code from Editor: Main Index template and now when I go to my website it is a white screen. Is there anyway to type back in the line I deleted? I have someone helping me with the site but they are on vacation.

Hi,

Open file /mustang/index.php from the archive that you have downloaded from ThemeForest and copy and paste the entire content via WP Editor for file index.php or upload this file via FTP to main theme folder.

Hi I purchased theme and am having a few issues relating to the Portfolio and Slider images not showing on the home page. The portfolio images do display on the actual post, but wont show either on the ‘Portfolio’ main page.

Another thing i couldn’t find in your documentation is how to display the thumbnails for posts in the widget sidebars using ‘recent posts’

Hi, AtiX. I’ve been checking the theme, and I found that you use some shortcodes like: [accordions], [two_third], [columns]. I would like to know all the shortcodes that this theme has available. Also I wonder if you have shortcodes to divide the the text in 2 columns, and if you have one to uses tabs to divide the content in tabs.

It’s simple. Download theme from ThemeForest user Dashboard > Downloads. You can upload theme via FTP or WP admin panel Appearance > Themes > Install Themes.

Yes, i know how to add a new theme, but i already have built on the last version of the theme and i would like to keep my pages but use the current version. If i install the theme as new, will I still keep my old work?

All settings and options that was set in admin panel will remain unchangeable. If you have made modifications in css or php files then see the file Changelog.txt from theme archive.

Hi! I installed and edited the CSS of the Theme, no problems so far. But now the Slider-Image on the “Main-Site” doesn´t flow continuously behind the Portfolio-Carousel. The image has a hard border at its end and then the background begins. Can somebody help? thanks a lot – Christoph

I have 2 quick questions please..

1. Can you assign a portfolio category to the carousel, so that it only displays a certain portfolio and not all of them. I would like to use the portfolio for a meet the team function for example, but don’t want those entries to appear on the carousel.

2. Also, on your carousel, you have removed the latest projects tab. How can I do that please.

Hello again. I wondering how to add custom widgets to the sidebar on home page. I used your layout for the homepage widget, but i want to add a google calendar widget to the side bar area. Do I have to add the shortcode to the css or is there an easier way?

You can add the shortcodes into homepage widget sidebar. If you are installing the plugin then is not need to modify the css, it comes with integrated css.

Hello again, I need the shortcodes for all of your widgets. I want to use the dynamic homepage widget you provide, but I need to have a full sidebar with more options than you have in your demo. Twitter, feedburner, i have a google events calendar widget as well that I want to have in sidebar area as well. But when I use the text widget for the homepage i am limited by the shortcodes you have assigned.

When you are adding the simple text widget, you can there all shortcodes that you need, our shortcodes or other shortcodes from installed plugins.

Hi, I’m using Template Blog Right Sidebar 1 – and in Mustang Options > Sidebars – I’ve created a new sidebar called “News” – When I add this sidebar in Blog Right Sidebar 1 template, it doesn’t show… Even though the widget has contents in it… What have I done wrong?
