Can i add one more phone number with small size to under of big phone number what is in under of logo ? my costumer wants this. he want i put his mobile phone number between phone number and eposta place. I tried uploading images to the home slider, however, the thumbnails navigation does not appear if I use full Full size but if I choose Medium, it does appear, also the Home Slider Size cannot be selected even if the image I am adding is 960X510. Can you please tell me what image size needs to be selected?

you were able to respond ranting about the rating of 1 star because you did not respond, and yet you do not give me answer to the question I have asked… I would have stopped asking if you just answered me….

I guess you only give out support for people who gives you a 5 star rating…. I should have checked first before buying, the theme does not work, it does not work the way it does on the demo. This is totally a waste of money when you don’t get the author to respond to simple questions and makes you wait forever.

As I see, I am not the only person you made to wait before responding.

It would have been easier if you responded and asked why the 1 star rating, I could have easily changed it, but instead, you sell something that does not work at all. I am not the first person to complain about the thumbnail not working.

Since you already have my money, you opted to instead ignore support request.

You were saying about Saturday, it was Friday evening I submitted the request, today is already Monday and you still elected to ignore.

I am asking you to please respond or fix the issue, otherwise, I will just keep on asking you the same support request over and over until you respond.

1. No, I don’t give support only to people that rate my theme 5 stars. Instead I don’t offer support to people who rate my theme 1 star. One more time, support is not mandatory, it is a privilege.

2. Unfortunately I don’t handle payments. If I was, I would have refunded you right away.

3. The theme is reviewed by professional personnel so IT IS WORKING LIKE THE DEMO. You know, more than 500 people bought the theme.

4. IT WAS SATURDAY. Not everyone lives on the same time frame.

5. If you check the support forums and comment threads you’ll see I responded to the support questions on SUNDAY NIGHT. And yes, I ignored your query because you were in a hurry on rating my theme 1 star after 23 hours of posting the question.

You didn’t even care to ask nicely, just demanded support: One more time SUPPORT IS NOT MANDATORY.

Now, please send me your url so I can take a look at what’s happening to your thumbs.

I asked nicely by saying “please” on my initial support request, but by your tone, you are telling all buyers that they are at your mercy if you wish to give support or not… I came here to ask not to complain, and they did not put those star ratings just to be forced to give higher ratings.

I rated you 1 star because you were not responding, not the way around. Now you are telling me you do not respond because I gave you that.

You would rather choose to make things big rather than serve your client nicely??? And yet, you are the one asking the customer to ask you nicely? Which in fact i actually did!, so it the customer who has to bow down and bend over to the seller just to get support? Very nice business logic you have there!

You talk like we do not have the right to ask for what is our money’s worth, instead you keep on insisting support is optional…. I just had a simple question which you opted to ignore which lead to this issue.

You rate an item based on a thing that is not compulsory. And yes, you gave me 1 star I don’t offer you support. FREE SUPPORT. As simple as that.

The customer can rate my work however they want but based on real things and after they dealt with me. Not based on their lack of patience.

You had no patience and rate 1 star = no support for you. Simple as that.

How can you talk of response time here when everything is dated “a month ago, three months ago”... instead of serving your customer’s right, you will insist on pushing that we the customers are wrong… I got my patience alright, it is you who just decides not to respond at all. You have a “selective response” attitude.

You keep on responding based on your anger but yet a simple support request which I asked nicely got buried down with your refusal to provide support. I was not forcing you to give me support, you keep on saying it is FREE, thus I asked with the word “PLEASE”...

Unless you really want to make the customer beg for your stupid support on a product that does not work as advertised.

As for your forum, I already told you I tried signing up but your system told me that my code is already used when it suddenly refreshed. Oh I bet, you can come up with a thousand reasons to pin down the mistake on me again. If you were really reading, you should have read that, unless you intentionally blocked my purchased code and marked it used… no wonder…

Our conversation ends here… I was hoping to get a real product that works but my dismay it does not… I buy a lot of products on this site and you are the first seller that sell items with arrogance.

If you insist I am at fault, tell that to the same people who kept on asking you about the thumbnail issue that does not work… I will just ask Envato if they can help me out on this since I am going in circles with you and not getting the proper care from a seller. Hopefully, they can sort this out for me instead of dealing with your arrogance and self-centered attitude. I am not looking for a refund, I am looking for a product that works.

Also Sidebars refreshes to a blank javascript error when you add or delete… theme is full of bugs and finally “SUPPORT IS NOT MANDATORY”...

So buy it at your own risk, because I did and I am stuck with a useless theme and no support!

Almost 600 buyers to this theme hence you’re the only one saying that the theme is not working. Why is this not telling you anything?

So, I’ll tell you one more time. Support is not mandatory on the whole marketplace. In spite of this I still offer support and I have a dedicated forum which I made from my own money especially FOR THE BUYERS.

And in spite of you rating 1 star I asked you for your url so I can see what’s the problem. What did you do? You opened 10 threads to complain about how bad is the theme and how you received no support. Really?

Funny you talk about I am the only person saying it does not work… I am not the only person who rated this theme that low.. check your rating history plus the comments on this theme, I am not alone…

You asked me for my url after the arrogance of being ignored I received from you. I did not come here to spend hard earned money just to lie about my situation, that is too expensive for me to even think of making this a game. I was looking for a functional theme with at least, healthy support. Not the way around.

Anyways, I still have not received and support from you so I opted to contact envato instead and released all my findings with them, which, if you have been a little patient yourself too in asking and not ranting, you would have received a whole lot of help from me debugging this non functional theme.

As I told you, I am already done with this conversation but you have gone too personal which I kept myself contained on the theme issue and your lack of support. This situation could have simply been reversed if you just replied to a very simple question I had, which was only asking what is the correct image size to upload…. then maybe I could have reversed my decision of giving out that rating for your lack of support and care for your buyers.

The theme has a lot of bugs on it starting with the twitter thing, if you don’t know how to code and you are a designer, you are heading into a huge brickwall, this should have been a simple if statement to hide error if site has no twitter dev account, the carousel thumbnail that does not appear or shows incorrect thumbnail at random, the sidebar plugin which spits out javascript error and redirect you to a blank page, the homepage slider image size, the error message from optionsframework which updates the fields but shows you error….

I can go on an on if you want… but asI have said, this is my last message unless you go personal on me again…

Why are you now creating 100 threads to tell me how bad dev I am, how my theme is bad and how it has 1000 bugs and to teach me how to do my stuff?

In spite of all your complaints I was still keen to help you but all I see is you don’t need my support. You just want to SPAM my comment section opening separate threads instead of using the reply function.

The reason why open source strive is because people help others, I am a developer myself, and there are lots of things I do overlook, but I ask people to help me. You keep on talking about the support stuff and rating… you are like the chicken and the egg… which came first… I did not just jump in and rated you 1 because I liked it or played it with, too dumb for me to waste $47 (plus paypal fee) just to jump in and rate you 1?

So you are telling everyone who will pay $45 or $47 is not worth enough for you to provide them your golden and precious support?

if you are saying 23 hours, so that will be 23 hours of no support when you see others have been replied to is just something that does not come easy on someone who paid money, and it has still gone to 3 days and now it is going on a week.

I has a simple question of “what is the correct size of image”, simple enough you could have said “this width, that height” so I could have continued with my life and worked the others bugs from there.

If you cannot come into terms of a buyer-seller relationship, it is your loss buddy… it is not how it works….

People who pays money expects some kind of return of their money’s worth. It is as simple as buying a cellphone in a mall and when you come home only to see it is broken, do you wait more than 24 hours to ask the seller why is it broken? what would you feel if that seller who sold you the phone says “I am not talking to you because you are rushing…”

You brought this upon yourself, I was kind enough to ask 1 (ONE) simple question so that I can speed up my process and deliver, but instead, you held me up and caused me delay with clients whom I also had to answer with, only to find out my clients are also complaining of a broken or non-functional theme.

Again, people reading this should be cautious in buying it, you get it at your own risk and gamble with the fact that “SUPPORT IS NOT MANDATORY”... So you either buy it and face the same consequence as I am… Dont fall for the pre-sale support, it is just another way to bait you into buying this non-working theme.

Jesus man, you seem not to comprehend the simple things that I said. You read through the lines and put words into my mount.

Let me put it to you another way:

1. Support is not mandatory on all the marketplace, right? This is the policy of this whole marketplace, I didn’t invent it. Though, I do support all of my items and sometimes I go beyond support limits just to make my clients happy.

Claiming that this is gamble is a lie and people can see my support threads.

2. Any human being on this planet will think like this: I post a support question on a Saturady (Friday afternoon, whatever). Do I really expect to get support right away? Through the weekend?

I didn’t offer you support for a reason. Because you rated 1 star before I even get the chance to help you. Not because you’ve asked something.

Why should I be helpful to you if you rushed into rating 1 star? Why? Get yourself in my shoes and tell me if you would help someone that just did what you did.

3. My code is far from perfect and I never claimed this. You, again, put words into my mouth.

4. Really? You buy a phone and you need support, you ask a question and if you don’t get an answer right away, on a weekend, you go to consumer protection, huh?

5. Yes, although you are claiming things that are just not real I still was keen to help you. Though, you still post insulting threads to my work. This is your 10th thread with the same comments and still claim I don’t want to help you after 3 days, yup.

You say you are also a dev. What if you clients called you on a weekend when you were with your family and you couldn’t answer? What if they then go and tell everybody how bad service you provide because you did not respond to their queries as fast as they wanted?

Hi, I’m using the child theme and I want to make some changes…But for some reason I can’t do it.

I am adding some styles in style.css located in mycollege_child directory but nothing happens.

Sorry, I understand now.

When you’ll update the theme the changes will be lost. But, every time I release an update you’ll see a .txt file where I put notices of what files are to be changed and you’ll know exactly if that file will be overridden or not.

So, let me know if I got this right:

The theme is set up from your account or theirs? You cannot automatically update the theme. You’ll need to manually overwrite the old files. And this is just when I release a new version of the theme.

I think there’s no problem editing the “enqueue.php” file.

I placed two google maps shortcode in the same page. One of them is not displaying.

I get this in the console: Warning: you have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.

Is there any way to fix that.

Usually this happens when the map can’t locate the address. Try more variations of the address details. Like zip code, city, address, etc.

Still not working

I’ve put the same code (changing the IDs) twice. One is showing and the oder one shows blue screen.

I did it in a new page, so I just have this code in it
