Thank you, I am glad people like it :)

Looks awesome, very nice work! Did you plan a wordpress version with it ?

xRicrdx

Thanks. I am considering it and probably will do a WP version. But i have never done anything in WP so it will take a little longer ;)

Great work! WP version please :)

xRicrdx

Thanks ;) I am working on it already, it should be done in few days (weeks):)

Hello, the live preview seems to be an image to me. Is there any possibility to check a live link of this template on our mobiles?

xRicrdx

Hi, that image is sort of a navigation where you can choose from 5 different colors, just click on one of those 5 columns and there you go ;) (just in case link)

Really good job. Please in wordpress for purchase

xRicrdx

Already working on it and it’s comming up nicely ;) and thanks ;)

Hey, Just a quick question. How can I get the contact form working?

xRicrdx

Hi, There aren’t currently any PHP scripts, so you have to write your own to get contact form working. I could maybe provide an update with working contact form in near feature ;)

Oh Okay! It would be awesome ;)

Nice work !

xRicrdx

Ok, noted for next release ;). Thanks and wish you all the best with this template ;)

Hello there,

First off, fantastic work!

The following script appears on the index.html page but the URL bar on the iPhone doesn’t recede like on all the other .html pages in the template. What must be done to make the URL bar recede when you go to the index page?

<!- Hides URL bar on iPhone-> <script type=”application/x-javascript”> if (navigator.userAgent.indexOf(‘iPhone’) != -1) { addEventListener(“load”, function() { setTimeout(hideURLbar, 0); }, false); }

function hideURLbar() {
    window.scrollTo(0, 1);
    }
</script>

Thank you so much for your help,

Sonicblush

Hi,

thanks for that ;).

About your problem, I am not exactly sure but i think it’s caused by absolute positions. So try to add this lines of code to your css file:

#indexWrapper{
    position: absolute;
    height: 100%;
}

I am not sure if it will work, because i don’t have an iphone I can’t test it by myslef, but it should ;)

Should you have any further questions, feel free to ask again ;)

Hi,

Thank you for your quick replay and help. Unfortunately the code you suggested does not work. It is a shame because the hide URL bar code works flawlessly on the other pages.

Thank you again,

Hello again,

I’ll have a deeper look at it again tomorrow and i hope i’ll come up with something ;), but nothing comes up to my mind right now, so it might take a little longer, especially without iphone in my hands.

Once again sorry about that.

I read the instructions and wanted to know if my understanding was wrong.

If I have a wordpress site installed, can the wordpress version of this be really used at the same time? Is it accomplished by activating the theme? A Plugin option? or do I need to set up another directory such as m.mydirectory.com and install another wordpress there and have mobile devices redirect?

Or do I have to just use the html.version in another directory if Wordpress is already on the server.

xRicrdx

Hi,

you should use of these 2 plugins (Device Theme Switcher or WordPress Mobile Pack). They are easy to use, just install this mobile theme, then install one of these plugins (I recommend Device Theme Switcher, since it’s easier), activate your desktop theme and in Plugin options choose to change the theme to this one on mobile devices.

Should you have further questions, feel free to ask.

Ok, I tried it and just get a blank page. Let me make sure I have this right.

1. Upload theme to themes folder 2. Install Device Theme Switcher and Activate 3. Go to plugin Options and and choose which theme I want to show for each device.

Am I missing a step? I know I have to be. If not, Is there a way to specify which pages show for mobile? Do I change the logo directly within the them? What about coloring options?

xRicrdx

Could you please write me an e-mail? The blank page is wordpress related so it will be a little longer to explain.

Hi there,

I’m getting the following error in Wordpress:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/username/public_html/mobile/wp-content/themes/mypersonalmobileportfolio/shortcodes.php:304) in /home/username/public_html/mobile/wp-includes/functions.php on line 861

How can I fix this?

xRicrdx

Hi,

I am investigating the problem right now. I will write you an e-mail as soon as I come up with something ;)

xRicrdx

Nice work, I was just checking the blank spaces in these files so sorry about that and thanks for noticing, will fix it righ away.

I can’t figure out how to get the Index Background Image Slider working in wordpress.. is there an option for this or is it not available for the wordpress version?

xRicrdx

After activating the theme, in theme options > general settings > Slideshow Settings paste URL to you pictures and it will show up ;)

For further support please submit your ticket to http://jansimecek.ticksy.com/ and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

any updates on how to hide the URL bar on home page automatically like all the other pages?

thanks again

xRicrdx

Hi, for now it’s not possible unfortunately, because the homepage is using absolute positions, so it would need to rewrite whole homepage layout.

Hi ! I have a problème with home page on my HTC HD7 (win 7 mobile). The page doesn’t fill all the screen of the smartphone. it occupies only the higher half of the screen ?? Thanks

xRicrdx

Hi, you mean height? Is it possible that you could sent me some screenshot (I am not sure if WP7 is able to do that) because I don’t own any WP7 device so I can’t check that out.

Hi sorry, my mistake. There’s unfortunately not option for that but you can du this manually. In header.php replace these lines of code:
<?php if (!is_home()) : ?>
    <!--            headlineSection-->
    <div id="Headline">
        <a href="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>"><h1><?php bloginfo('name'); ?></h1></a>
    </div>
<?php else: ?>
    <!--            headlineSection-->
    <div id="BigHeadline">
        <h1><?php bloginfo('name'); ?></h1>
        <h2><?php bloginfo('description'); ?></h2>
    </div>
<?php endif; ?>
with these:
<?php if (!is_home()) : ?>
    <!--            headlineSection-->
    <div id="Headline">
        <a href="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>"><h1><img src="http://s3.envato.com/files/17441.jpg" alt="Img" /></h1></a>
    </div>
<?php else: ?>
    <!--            headlineSection-->
    <div id="BigHeadline">
        <h1><img src="http://s3.envato.com/files/17441.jpg" alt="Img" /></h1>
        <h2><?php bloginfo('description'); ?></h2>
    </div>
// replace the img src with your own link to your logo
<?php endif; ?>
